I notice some issues with the app.
Fists it displays the date of the PCR result where as it should display the date of the test taken.
In my app there are extra PCR tests showing which I did not do.

My first sinorpharm dose was on the 6th July 2021 . My second dose was on 27 July 2021 . But on my alhosan. App it shows that my first dose was on the 27 July 2017 . Wrong Information about my vaccination

I am fully vaccinated with Xinofarm but the app registered my 2 doses incorrectly. My first dose was on the 11/4/2021, and the second one on the 2/5/2021. But it appears that I only got my first dose on the 2/5/2021 and that i haven’t gotten the second one. Nowadays i am being affected by this problem that I have been calling and emailing ALHOSN and the CHSC to fix this, by being kicked out from places because my application isn’t green because of that error, I’ve been trying to fix this since May but nothing has changed! The customer service of the app is really poor, takes minimum 30 minutes for them to pick up, and I’ve been hanged up after 5 seconds of not responding because I confused the voice of the operator with the voice of the guy saying Arabic sentences. Other times they say they can’t hear me. The one time they actually picked up successfully, they didn’t solve anything, only opened a case and until now, nothing has changed and I keep getting restricted from ALL the places in Abu Dhabi. Fix this ASAP!

I called the contact center 4x to rectify my details in al hosn app as it is showing that I only had 1 Sinopharm vaccine, well in fact I already finished my 2 doses. Developer of this needs to improve this app, my husband and I always having problems when we want to open the app to enter to work, mall, supermarket and restaurant. Especially, After the new color coding system, the App shows error in opening and retrieving the results. It should have been launched on trial basis for a week first before implementing. Now that in all shopping centers in Abu Dhabi it is mandatory to show Al Hosn App results, customers are returning from malls as they are not allowed to enter. Quite frustrating! Shopping centers are deserted and would be a big economic loss, if system is not rectified. The App system seems down due to heavy usage (every where in malls and Roads, AUH entry) and results are often stuck. Very frustrating for Dubai - Abu Dhabi commuting passengers as well.

The first vaccination doze on my father’s account is not showing and because of that the E letter have not shown after he took the swap test. Note that the result of test itself delayed on the application for more than a day, despite we got it on sms message after few hours only. Unfortunately, the sms result alone was not enough at the boarder of the city so we had to go back from there.
I have trying to call the help desk of the application for the last 2 days but no reply. The option of ‘leave a message’ did not work with all possible selections. It just keeps saying ‘click the ‘*’ to leave a message’ over and over even I click the ‘*’!

The app often not, developer not replying to any messages I try on the website, their WhatsApp, their Twitter none of them answer. The lagging and not able to retrieve data or open the app affect us when we travel within emirates . Please improve the communication and workability as often the application is lagging or not working at all . I have deleted couple of times , update it , log in & nothing is working.
Hope you understand and improve the communication as well answer the calls or written complaints especially when there is an issue with the app.

Takes a lot of time to load and then an error message pops up. It is difficult specially when you are traveling. The wait time is also way too much considering how little data it has to process. Please make sure the response is quick and now my worry is at dubai airport or Sharjah airport if this app doesn’t work then what am I supposed to do considering it is mandatory. Please note, this is an app for the citizens so please try to make it a bit more user friendly to use.

I tried to contact the app to the toll-free but nobody is answering the call it's redirecting to Dubai Health Authority as well as Ministry of health but the technical number is always dropping the call I spoke to dubai Health Authority regarding my E sign but still it's failed. whenever I am trying to login it says user not found even though my wife's ID can be accessible through the application I am not sure how to contact them if the app developer is reading this review please contact us back

This app is not showing proper results,There is no customer care details mentioned in this app,I searched in google for the customer care number and called them to find out reason,But after choosing desired options it disconnected,In one word there is no way to contact them in case of any issues.
There is no use of this app if it shows wrong results and if there is no proper contact information and app support.

The App is extremely slow and does not behave in a consistent manner. One iltimenit shows my picture and another it does now. I received both m vaccines , the last being Jan 20 and the app still shows the status in amber with no explanation whatsoever about what I need to do! I called and selectee for “technical” hep and the system hangs up. I then selectee “english” and selectee “technical” help and it then plays a repeated message saying “if you wish to leave a message press the star key” and keeps repeating it like a broken record. Then I called back and selected “arabic language” and then the phone just disconnects when I select “technical”.
There is nooption for complaints so I chose option 1 which by the way only works if you sepect “Arabic c as the langiage”After waiting for 15 minutes someone answered. I explained my problem and she said they are doctors and I have to choose “technical”. I told her I am just looking for clarification on when my status will go to green instead of amber but she had no idea.

I discovered few bugs, like everytime you download the PDF, it shows the current day validity, even if you download after a week.
I took a PCR test and received it 2 days later, and the validity is only 3 days.
If you take another test before the validity ends, it just wouldn’t update in the app. Faced many loses because of these issues.

I took a pcr test for work then a dpi test to enter Abu Dhabi. When my work asked me where is the pcr test result I couldn’t send them through the al hosn app because it doesn’t let you open previous results. I can only send the dpi test result when I need the pcr test results. Please fix this issue because some people need to send previous results.

This application is very stable and very great for those who want to checkout their screening results or if you just want to protect yourself while going outside, as you know iOS 14 got a new feature called exposure notifications and I really think that this app should be supporting it, way much better than power mode on the app. Please add that feature in the next update. Thanks.

Change of phone number issue

I have a problem with logging in since I had another number 2 years back-it’s asking to use that old number to verify- there is a solution in Q&A but doesn’t work. Even though app is meant to help- there are clear issues that tech support is not fully equipped making this app not fully functional. Hope people in charge fix this due to the URGENCY of having this work for the country pandemic!

I thought I was the only one who couldn’t log in but it’s surprising to see reviews of so many people who have faced the same issue. Despite entering the correct details of EID and registered mobile number, it keeps saying ‘Error- User Not Found’. I wonder why was there so much marketing around installing this App. Moreover, we have to allow all the notifications to move further. It does not give us a choice a disallow Bluetooth. What’s the solution?
