Facebook randomly introduced me to this band via the video for lead track ‘Thrill’, a chunky riffed effort with some interesting use of English. Later in 2015 they put out the video for ‘Real Existence’ and proved it wasn’t a fluke. Yes, they have cute outfits, but that’s in addition to the music rather than instead of it. This isn’t a Babymetal clone - these ladies aren’t doing dance moves or pop choruses - it’s all hard rock, double kick drums, complex solos and fat riffs.Random burst of English appear everywhere for us non Japanese speakers, giving singalong quality to many tracks. Best track is ‘Do Not Apply The Break’, built on a solid groove with a huge chorus.
