Great work from John, real country pop and blusey feel to this album and a lot of catchy hooks!

Not the old Mayer, but definitely and consistently the best release from the new Mayer. No blues, but great songwriting, singing and guitar work.

Have been a a fan since Continuum. I have loved and hated some of the works after that album. Grown to like some others eventually. There is not question that JM work has a growing ability on you! I guess I am not a big fan of Pop music as such. John is a fantastic guitar player but as always he underplays here again and concentrates on song writing. This album, for me has a bit too many ballad-ee type songs. And not great ones. But it also has a few gems like: Still Feel Like Your Man, Love On The Weekend, Helpless, Moving On & Getting Over. Rosie is not bad either.

However I still am waiting for John's guitar playing to take more of a prominance. I thought I heard him say in an interview that he has nothing to prove and would go all out down the Blues route but this is yet another Pop outing. Good but not what I'm waiting for. It will come, I'm sure of it :o)

Im a big john Mayer fan of the album didn't let me down, not in the level or continuum but good songs guitar solo amazing lyrics and iTunes gave me the option to complete the album as I bough the wave 1 and wave 2

What a great album...not a dud track. Excellent song lyrics and musicianship. This reminds me of his earlier albums which were excellent. John Mayer back to his best. Love it!

It annoys me so much when people rate an album on the basis of their download going wrong. You are being asked to rate the music, not the service of Apple! The 'complete my album' was a smooth operation.

Fantastic work, John. Songwriting, production, choice of musicians. Only downside is that I think many were expecting more tracks. 'Rosie' is on repeat!

This album blends everything beautiful, soulful and groovesque about John Mayer. A great return album. Some wonderful guitar solo's and fantastic funk/grove tunes.

Like always he takes you on a story as the album plays out.

Beautiful. There's no other word or words to describe this. It's all of Mayer, it's all of us and it's all of everything that deserves to be.

Lyrically perfect, structured in such a way that listening can be easy or challenging, musically diverse yet it's everything that Mayer fans expect and love.

Thank you for this album - the wait was SO worth it.

John Mayer is a living legend. His talent exceeds just his vocals but his song writing that can touch anyone and everyone listening to his masterpieces. Every song on the album could be single unlike most albums in the past few years. His artistry is inspirational. What a man!

Been a fan of John's for a long time now. He has inspired me and countless others to search for the perfect tone and effortless sound. I'm glad to say this album continues to spark that inspiration! Still feel like your man and moving on and getting over have a fantastic groove! Helpless has an amazing guitar tone which screams John Mayer ! All in all it's a great album with fantastic grooves and great vibes! Thank you John!

This is a beautiful album which blends all of the different styles of music that John has produced over the years. He's sounding better than ever.

It's great to finally have the full album. I'm enjoying it being released in "waves". Looking forward to the start of Volume 2 with Wave Four!
