My favourite

I can’t emphasise enough how much I love this album. By far my favourite enter shikari album. Undercover agents is just my favourite of their songs and I love seeing this stuff live

Is this really evolving?

I'm all for a band evolving and trying new things.
That's what made this band so great. They weren't afraid to try new things.
Some of it I wasn't keen on and some I loved but it was always different and exciting.
This however isn't either, it's just predictable and loses the edge that made them. There is nothing new or exciting about it. A real disappointment.

Bored

Such a shame that a band who were once different have now produced a tame pile of nonsense. I can't help but feel robbed. And sadly it feels like the end of the road as Enter Shikari have clearly succeeded in joining the crowded and diluted mainstream.

5 times a winner

What? Enter Shikari is evolving! Congratulations! Your Enter Shikari has evolved into... the same Enter Shikari I’ve loved all these years, but with a more refined and solid sound. Nice one, lads - you’ve smashed it.

By far their weakest album.

Most of the album sounds the same, lacking any real grit or kick. I have loved this band since day one but this has nothing on the other albums. I understand the need for a new direction, but it's too poppy and mainstream for my taste.

PHENOMENAL AS ALWAYS!!!

I’m constantly surprised, impressed, amazed, and any other concoction of positive expression, by Shikari’s work.
They remain familiar enough yet continually reinvent themselves and yet manage to appeal to rock, dance and pop crowds whilst sticking true to themselves ...and all whilst using their platform as a not so subtle way to present ideals and opinions (both political and other) as the narrative without resorting to cliched tropes that many other artists rely on heavily for their song writing.
This is what sets them apart from so many others and gives them the creative freedoms and liberties to be consistently exciting and new with each new single, EP or full length album release and why they are one of my favourite bands.
In short; if you love them already then you know what to expect (or what not to expect) and will be enamoured with the album.
On the other side of the equation, if you’ve never listened to them or have previously failed to be stimulated or enthused by their sound then give this a listen as I feel it will provide enjoyment for all.

It’s a grower (not a shower) 🍆

If you demand more from your music, and like a change in direction then yes, this is the one! Not like any other Shikari album which is why I am a fan of this genre breaking band. “This is gonna change everything, SYSTEM MELTDOWN!!!”

A Return!

Shikari never disappoint or stop evolving. There's gonna be some people disagreeing with this one, but boy... This album is going to be a whole new breed! KNEES UP!
