An overlooked gem!
Ignore the waste paper basket, low attention span review, courtesy of itunes; this is one of Schmoellings best. The only real link between the above-mentioned merging of classical and electronic, is that Johannes wished to create a suite, or collection of pieces in a similar way to Debussy's 'Childrens Corner' - that, however, is where any pairing between classical and electronic ends. What we have here is the usual high standard of original and innovative electronic music that we have come to expect from JS. Beautiful, evocative, delicate and profound; this album is a very worthy addition to your collection, along with any other of his releases.
