just a note on the information attached here by itunes - this album does of course features the imperous Bob Marley. His status as all time great singer/songwritter, activist and humanitarian is assured. But i would just mention that this is a WAILERS album. It features the signiicant talents of one Peter Tosh (who wrote get up stand up i believe - taught the others to play and was ceratinly at least as miltant as BM) and Bunny Wailer. This is the band after there revolitonary work with Lee 'Scratch' Perry which had a significant influence on the creation of roots regge and after the Barretts had joined on bass and drums (jumping ship from Perry's studio band)..... i want to take noting away from Bob Marley - his greatness is beyond question and he means an enormous amount to me - just reading the ITUNES info you might not realise that this is far from just him and his work - and is all the better for it - its also before the bands sound was commerialised for white rock auidendes
