Ahhhh, just utter magic flow of life turned healing music! Thanks Amanda forever!

My first Amanda Palmer album, I didn’t really know what to expect. It’s extraordinary. There are a couple of common loops running through parts of the album, the melodies are haunting and melancholic but you find yourself humming them afterwards and want to play straight away once the song has finished, and the lyrics are confessional and beautiful. A Mother’s Confession and Look Mummy No Hands left me in a wreck on the floor and needing to phone my mum up and tell her I love her. It’s beautiful.
