If your thinking of buying a chill out album then get this one, i got it when having trouble sleeping when pregnant with my son and still use it now 3 and half years later. My son loves listening to it when going to sleep he nos it's bed time when i put it on. Great album you won't be disapointed.

I'm not a fan of New Age music but a colleague at work recommended Fridrik Karlsson to me as being ideal for 'getting into the zone' when reading complex texts or needing to maintain prolonged periods of concentration.

Having downloaded this album I could not agree more and, as an added bonus, you can really 'zone out' again at the end of the day by putting this on and letting your mind wander!
