Amazing writer and singer, great voice…

Just listened to Daniel. It is a beautiful song and I couldn't care less about Will's sexuality or who the song is about.

Everyone has a right to release and say how they feel and that’s great. Good on you Will.

However you have to sometimes wonder why you’re doing it, who are you writing these songs for? Just yourself , or as a writer releasing ‘popular records’ through ‘popular’ formats and radio stations , I think the listener would benefit from something they can relate to more... thats my opinion , but if there’s a market for it great as you’re a beautiful singer & have the right to express what you like in your music. I guess I miss the naivety & rawness of your first couple of records. Probs when you co wrote with people like eg white who gave you a melody and lyric and you just sung it beautifully. You’re a real singer of great songs , so maybe at some point do that again... when / if you’re ever ready. I can’t relate to this at all, but would like to.

Meh ,rubbish compared to early stuff,not catchy or sing along at all,but the theme of a gay love song is fantastic and it’s a shame even when gays like Elton and bit ands like Stephen gately or mark fehilly sing songs they don’t edit covers or write them to cover all love rather than stereotype men singing about women,even if songs said they rather then her, but saying he would be a great step forward, often found it so weird hearing a gay sing a song to a woman it just feels wrong
