The added songs on the album that haven’t been heard before its release are absolutely awful.

Best in UK right now

I am disappointed with the following songs that released on the release day. the opening song has no replay value along with a few other songs. The good outweighs the bad. songs like bounce just do not suit Bugzy. Sounds like he’s just trying to make a chart song and it has failed miserably. There was no need for interludes in this album either the project simply wasn’t long enough to include them especially when you include two interludes which I didn’t see that album changing direction either way. Van Gogh affect is a one hit wonder no replay value whatsoever in my opinion there are some diverse songs on here such as men III, Cold nights in the 61, and welcome to the hood B. Inspired felt much better in terms of production, lyricism and overall commitment to the fans. I don’t not like this album I just wish it could have been better in terms of the production feel like he would be hitting writers block in the years to come because not only does he keep repeating himself like he did on be inspired but it’s just starting to sound generic and lack lustre like bro we get it you’ve been prison you have family issues find something new to talk about. You literally had the opportunity to talk about your fiance and getting engaged, even talking about your crash a little bit more I prefer you to be more hip-hop and grime and that shows which is nice. But in other words the opening song was nice but also suffers from the no replay value and then continues the second song talking about near enough the exact same stuff. It just sounds generic and I’m starting to get a little bit bored. And why is Dermot Kennedy on this album ? Does not suit the signature whatsoever And what’s with the album cover I thought this was going to talk about your crash a little bit more but clearly I was wrong I don’t get how the resurrection suits the album name. I think you should’ve called this the Journal of an evil genius album not only do I think it makes more sense but it talk about your ups and downs a lot.
Plus who ever made the “Gods” beat needs a raise if you would’ve put similar sounding beats on songs like van Gogh affect and angels it would have been more listenable but some of the beat choices on this are just disgusting and I can listen to a lot of things regardless of bad beats lyricism always come first but it doesn’t doesn’t hurt to actually sit down and think do I think the fans are going to enjoy this.
6.5/10
Conclusion~
Misses key aspects from its last album predecessor
Released most of the good songs prior to the release and left us with two or so awesome songs at release excluding interludes
No need for interludes on an album this short 52.25
Some songs have no replay value but only a handful
A mixture of storytelling and diversity but misses the bar from b. inspired
