Last temptation

Wonderful album. Have had this one on vinyl since release day!! Was just looking around for a quality Cooper album to load and had a read of the reviews. You are right it came out before Brutal Planet (personally a brutal - bad way album) not one of his best! But this is wonderful under rated with a good storyline (if you get the chance to read the trilogy of comic books linked to album please do so!). My faves are It's Me (good melodic rock track) and Bad Place Alone. In the words of Bill and Ted - around at a similar time "Bag it Dudes!!!"

Hey stoopid

You've got it slightly wrong..... This was released before brutal planet. This album came out after hey stoopid.
Great album..... Started to mark a move away from the trash, hey stoopid sound.....a more traditional Alice.

The Last Temptation

This album is as reviewed above, a very much over looked album. If life was fair this would be classed as one of the best albums of that decade.
Alice has ditched the heavy thrash metal (Marilyn Manson) sound of Brutal Planet and Dragontown and gone down the trend of the time grunge route. Yes its Alice Cooper, but with the help of Soundgardens Chris Cornell it has a new sound. This album and "From the Inside" album are two must
have albums for any discerning rock fan. Every track is great from the opening "Sideshow" to the last track it holds your attention. My personal
favourites are "Bad Place Alone" and "Stolen Prayer".Listen to the clips for yourself, a great album.
