Sheer Icy Pristine Class

Most of this just doesn't move me - short bits of tune on repeat with electro noodlings in the background (and I generally like electronica) especially the first two tracks. It gets better further on and Royksopp's Night Out really grooves along impressively.

A cracking downtempo album with a very clever mix of vocal and instrumental tracks all of which are a different consistancy. Royksopp transformed and prolonged my attention to this music genre. Buy it if you want to be transported to A HIGHER PLACE...

Röyksopp have certainly not disappointed with their first album, "Melody A.M.". Every song on the album is great, from the peaceful vocals in "Sparks" to the more upbeat and fast "Röyksopp's Night Out". Definitely an album which can't be missed, you won't regret buying it ;) Also contains the well-known "Eple" and "Remind Me". (Note: The version of Remind Me on this album is different than the one in the music video.)

What a fantastic listen! "Remind Me" and "So Easy" are absolute gems! As well as the classic "Poor Leno". Also pull your finger out royksopp!!! Nxt Album anytime soon?

Just had to pop in and say what an absolutely essential piece of ambient IDM this is. Been listening to it for yonks, and it indeed never gets old. 'Remind Me' is still the best track.

an amazing sound to listen to when doing pretty much anything. great tunes that ebb and flow.
