Not many singers death at a young age have hit me the way hers did, simply because she should have been a star for forty years plus.

Hearing her voice again, makes me sad, due to her no longer being here.

Second only to Streisand in my opinion, who had a greater range.

What a sad day, when we were robbed of one of the greatest female singers of my generation, quite simply she was the best female vocal artist of her time.

These songs are priceless and I never get sick and tired of her superb singing voice and then you compare her to what music there is out there today today's music is nothing compare to what we had in the 70s the 80s and the 90s great songs great artists you how do you know resting peace Whitney thought the world misses your golden voice.RIP Whitney.

Yes Whitney Houston has died but why does that make everyone buy her album? She can't do anything with the money, support bands that are alive and not mainstream

Only in our life time do we have people who have left this world, their music will always be great and popular one of them is Whitney Houston and another one of these was Elvis Presley in my book although there are many others these are two of mine popular when here and even more so now that they are gone
