A great way to spend 40 mins!

I am kloot are a fantastic band live, and with Moolah Rouge they have captured there raw energy in the studio. This is an album to turn on and turn up loud!
From the opening track, one man brawl, though to the excellent closing track, down at the sea, you get the feeling of a band really on top of there game. Chaperoned is a beautiful swirling masterpiece and one of the best J.H.A.B has written.
I just can't stop playing it!

Fantastic Fourth !

This their 4th album (excluding Peel Sessions) continues an impressive and unique journey where ballads are re-defined and leave you wanting to see this great band live, because they are truly inspirational. Each track calls to you, like a sunset painting the sea, you just have to experience it. I would not compare to Dylan, Lennon, Tthe Stone Roses, there's no point, they have their own voice which stands alone and could easily fill the Grand Canyon.

A classic

This album is outstanding. Every song is a gem and will send shivers through you. You shouldn't have favourites but I love Ferris Wheels. If Carlsberg made albums they couldn't make them this good.

Genius

Album needs a few listens but I'm now convinced that it's their best. The songs are arranged to go loud, quiet, loud, quiet in their running order, which emphasises how different each tune is. Words, music and playing are, as you would expect from Britain's best band, perfect.

Nice one

Ignore Billybobs, he needs to listen again. This is a great album, just like all others by I am Kloot. You either get or you don't. I do, sadly billybob doesn't.

What happened to I Am Kloot?

I so wanted this to be good. I so wanted this to get back to the melodic emotional highs of their first two albums after the tune-free zone of their third. But alas, not only does it lack memorable tunes, but Johnny Dangerouly (as he used to be known) appears to have gone into the recording studio with a shot voice, so croaky is it on some of the higher registers....somewhere there is still greatness in this band but time is running out.
