If you grew up listening to Emperor Rosko playing Altlantic R n B then you must buy this album! Peter Wolf is the ultimate front man for a live band - forget Centrefold that was just a number one throughout the World and made them shedfuls of money but THIS is what the J Geils Band are about. In fact if you thought Centrefold was great then don't buy this album as you probably won't enjoy it - this is not cheese this is possibly the best white band to take on black music and add rock n roll to it ever!

This is one of the ultimate great live albums of all time. Up there with Van (Too Late), the Stones (Ya Ya's), Neil (Rust) and Purple (Japan)….
