Wonderful talent! First saw him supporting the late great John Martyn in Glasgow. Walked in during his set and before I got seated I was blown away by his sound. Bought this album on the night, still playing it to death!! What a find!! Don't like comparisons but he sounds like the one to pick up big Johns baton and run with it! Thank God for real music!!

I got into Dan Arborise from the Free Single of the Week. Off the back of that I got the new album Of Tide and Trail, which is truly excellent. I then decided to take the gamble and buy this first album. This is equally as good as the new album and uses the same formula of one man and his guitar. Just an amazing voice and amazing guitar playing.

At last the album on iTunes. Dan Arborise is such a talented player/singer, see him live if you can, you'll be amazed. Just buy the album.
