This is an amazing album and definately one for every reggae lovers collection.
The depth of feeling is exceptionally strong throughout the album even in the more "ballady" songs such as "nothing but love" and "closer".
This album contains everything - Love, despair, anger, hostility and most of all the desire for someone to stand up and make a difference.
The album starts off very strongly and just keeps getting better and better moving from one subject to another creating an album that blends together magically, one moment upbeat the next a more reflective mood.
I do not want to second guess the meaning of each song and will enjoy the lyrics and music for what I believe Etana intends but would say that this is an incredibly emotional album with outstanding lyrics that are both deep and yet at the same time uplifting.
This is without doubt up there with the likes of Garnet Silk, Heritage and Luciano.
