Another great album. If you haven't heard this band before both their albums are really good and put the identikit rubbish in the charts today to shame

in one word "brilliant"

Already being a fan of Dragonette's first album, Galore, I was interested to see which direction they would go in. Having flirted with Rock and Electro it could have gone either way. Interestingly, they seem to have opted more for the latter, sometimes even being 'clubby' in parts, there is still a guitary tinge but it blends well.

Martina sounds great and the album is more cohesive than the first, having said that, the standout tracks on Galore "True Believer" "Take it Like a Man" & "Black Limousine" really shine. Fixin to Thrill would be an excellent first stop if you don't already have Galore, enjoy.

Great electro album! Best tracks for me are Come On Be Good, Big Sunglasses and We Rule the World!
