i love this song...the original is excellent and i definately love the version with trey songz...he has a gorgeous voice and they sound great together...also love her album 'pulse'

The Bimbo Jones mix of this song is just unbelievable - I've listened to it over 100 times in 3 days. It's that good. This should be number 1 no question. If you only buy one song this week, make it this one - it rocks.

It is great to hear some new club remixes by the American R&B diva. "Yesterday" is Toni's first single release from her new studio album "Pulse" (her first album for Atlantic Records which is out May 2010).

Although this single was released a few months ago in North America none of these remixes were actually issued there as her American label decided to keep the single as a simple R&B/Pop release. So as with Toni's 2002 single "Hit The Freeway" Europe again gets some exclusive dance tracks to enjoy. The "Bimbo Jones" and "Nu Addition" house remixes are my favourites from this release.

If I were honest though these remixes are slightly overshadowed by the ones on Toni's third North American single release "Make My Heart". This track is being promoted stateside the ultimate "club" release from the album so Toni's American label have really spent some money on producing some truly amazing mixes which are definately worth looking out for!! So, consider this EU single a great taster for what is to come in 2010!!
