I put the album on while cleaning. I knew nothing of Buddy Guy. Twenty minutes later I thought I should actually do some work. It took until the end of the album until I actually did anything but sit and listen.

From the first few bars I was captivated by the power and richness of Guy's guitar and this has got to be one of the best blues albums of last year. It might be cheaper elsewhere, but don't wait. You can't fault Buddy Guy. He always rips through his songs and this album is no exception, even though he's now 74! He still puts a lot of much younger guitarists to shame. A true blues legend. Recommended, in particular 74 Years Young, Thank Me Someday, Key Don't Fit, Living Proof, Guess What and Skanky.
