The sound of this band isn't too bad, just a shame it's 21 songs that all sound the same.

Lovely jangly pop that still sounds fresh: the Submarines do similar stuff now. And, there’s a few tour dates this year, so there might even be some new songs. Looking forward to seeing them again, after many years at the Indietracks weekend in July.

This album takes me back to when I was 15!(I'm now 37!)great memories! I actually had this album on vinyl! Great songs! I loved this group! So glad I found it on iTunes!

Sat here watching a programme about indie music of the 80's and it got me thinking about what I used to love. The darling buds were fab and it made me sad when I saw there wasn't a review on the darling buds. So there you go , they were fab. I'm 40 now and tomorrow I will listen to them all day.

I am going to play them in the car till my children sing there simple happy songs . They brighten up your life especially now when life is so serious and grown up. They remind me of happy times.
