I love AlicebanD. I've been listening to this album on Spotify for weeks and wanted to buy it so that I could listen to it on a car journey. To my distress I found it wasn't available anywhere except through iTunes, which I hate. I went through all the pain of downloading iTunes (which didn't work, and I spent two hours trying to fix what was actually a problem with Apple Software Update, a three-second fix) just to buy it.

Conclusion: musicians need to make their music available elsewhere because iTunes is a nightmare, but occasionally I will go to great lengths to buy things I like.

Saw Alice at a recent Joan Armatrading concert. WOW. She was solo when we saw her and her voice was mesmerising. Bought her demo cd which is addictive. Loving the band music too. Not been this keen on an artist for ages. Brilliant!
