Shameless kicks off in style with the joyful rollicking noise of 'Gimme Back My Brain' before taking a sharp turn into deep but infectious rhythms with 'Dance' and 'This One's For You'. The pace dips a little as things progress, the sound slower but still hard and strong, tuneful to the point of parody on some tracks, but with a sardonic edge. 'Body Bag Girl' is as macabre as its title suggests, dark beats and ghoulish vocals, before the frenetic insanity returns towards the end of the album. It's a bit of a mixed bag but with some real standout gems.
