If it wasn't for the Simon Mayo show on BBC Radio Two, I would have missed out on this fantastic album. Track 16 was enough to entice me to listen to more, and I wasn't disappointed.
Sitting here in the Algarve, with a glass of Rose, sun going down & this album (showing my age) download playing, is a perfect compliment to a great night of food & wine...hope you enjoy.

Incomplete album
Don't buy this album from iTunes as not all the tracks are present. The description extols the virtues of various tracks that are not available. Track 4 is missing and the description claims two bonus tracks, also MIA.

my father has this disease and i have had problems finding the song he loved "im not gonna miss you"wanted to put it on his ipod but it's not on the album any ideas??

Brilliant
Been listening to this a lot lately and I have to say that it bears comparison with the very best of Glen Campbell’s work. The voice is still great, the songs and arrangements are gritty and fresh. Had this album been released by a twenty-something his name would be all over the airwaves. My album of the year and Glen’s best ever album. Great.

A brilliant album by one of the all time greats - across any genre.
Thanks for the gift of your musical legacy Glen. Your music has unquestionably enriched my life and this album is as good as any I have.

Glen Campbell - Ghost On The Canvas
This rates as a great from a truly iconic recording artist, every track has writing, production and vocal gems that make you tingle...having discovered this album after not having listened to Glen much since childhood (I'm now sorry to admit), I'm absolutely delighted to hear this, respect to all involved...I love it x

Words Are Not Enough
A truly fantastic collection.Genius is an over used cliche nowadays but

Truly Wonderful
This is a truly wonderful album full of melody. lovely arrangements and very poignant words. It seems to me that there is a lot of love contained in this music and I'm sure that it will be regarded as a masterpiece and certainly Glenn left the best to last.

A little gem
A country legend sounding as good as ever with a knockout collection of songs.18 tracks of perfection an absolute beauty, shame this wont appear on any "best of 2011" lists in any music mags ie Qmag & Mojo if it does i'll eat my pants.Great album!

Wonderful talent and man
I have been listening to and buying albums by Glenn for years and never tire of hearing them over and over again. This is one of his best and since it appears to be his last his ongoing contribution to the music world will be sadly missed

Ghost on the Canvas.
Saw him in his final tour at Cardiff on the 23rd Oct (yesterday) amd he sang extracts from this album. It was very sad to see the end of a wonderful entertainer and there were many of the audience upset' He had standing ovations at the beginning and end of the show. This album will be a marvellous tribute to his genius.

Moving as this album is I hope like so many that this isnt his last, but if it is, then thats a real. real shame for him and us all.
