This is NOT a typical Louise Hay affermation CD, its mainly a trance music CD, if your into trance Music then you will like it, with its Modern Beats etc. However after collecting 5 of Louise Hay's affermation CDs which I loved, I was surprised to learn shes flipped and gone POP.... if your into a relaxing trance music (without any real message behind it) - then give it a go.! Tho NOT for me, sorry Louise.....
