Along with the Headhunters "Survival of the fittest" are there any better complete funk albums?

Rejuvenation
the title says it all, after funkifying the sixties a quiet lull ensued then Robert Palmer took Lowell George into SeaSaint studios to cut the album Sneaking Sally Thru The Alley, (remember the green tinged shot of Robert in the tunnel that runs under 9west runway into Heathrow airport ~London). Anyway that amazing collaboration with the Meters and Lowell also spawned this album just listen to the magnificent restraint of Lowell's slide on Just Kissed My Baby that is truly the art of funk "to sit in the groove with the least effort" please buy this and rejuvenate your mind and body (especially your hips)

Funktastic
This is where it all started for me. Stripped back funk at its tightest. These grooves make my hair stand on end. About this time (1975) I also discovered the Average White Band. I think they were listening to this too.
They say less is more, I think these guys invented the phrase. The drums and bass on "Just Kissed My Baby" are about as good as it can get. How to play so little and say so much. Sublime.
