How could anybody not love this song? If you are having a bad day, it will make you feel better. There is something just so right about this record. Bernard Sumner and Johnny Marr joined forces to make Electronic, and teamed up with occasional third member Neil Tennant (and even more occasional Chris Lowe and Karl Bartos). Anne Dudley’s strings add something epic to this glorious treat to the eardrums. There is no reason not to have this wonderful song in your collection. It is my second favourite song in the world, surpassed only just by the sublime Being Boring.
