Having seen Al in Hobbit's Garden in Wimbledon showcasing this remarkable collection of songs in 1969, it's gratifying to know he is still going strong and his mainly acoustic gigs are still a joy. Ths is a man who shared a flat with Paul Simon in the earlier sixties, so he was well prepared for a singer/songwriter career that continues to this day. A joy to watch and to listen to.
