They don't often write their own songs, but when they do they rip off good bands (compare 'Best Song Ever' to the Who's 'Baba O Riley'). Most of them don't even play their own instruments! It's auto-tuned crap made to be sold to teenage girls who don't know any good music.

Omg I love it! One Direction are my life there music is just amazing I scream at the mention of there name and music. Sadly I've never had tickets but I still love them so much! My sister has seen them live and she got the whole thing on video it looked amazing! Generic, unoriginal, overly edited. The songs just about get by as background music or something but it's not "music". They all sound the same and are nothing special. There isn't a single song on here where you're like "Wow, I like this!" I'm kind of embarassed that teenage girls are so easily brainwashed into loving this so-called "band". Give the money to a charity or something, and put the time to better use.

Midnight memories is a copy of Def Leppard's 'pour some sugar on me' both the melody and rhythm in this song is disgracefully similar to 'pour some sugar on me'. Midnight memories is a shameful representation of plagiarism of such a classic. Go and listen to it for yourself, never has stealing a tune been so obvious. Sorry to rant, but in my opinion, if you want original classics that are worth listening to, you could say one direction wouldn't be at the top of that list.

It says that it has been purchased but it isn't on my music and I spent my money on it and it's not even working!

Some good ballads- what I want from 1D, and less emphasis on rehashing their previous stuff although there is a bit. Any Brit which does this well is worth celebrating. A small sector of fans who dont respect the boys rights, should be educated however

Avoid it . Listen to a Manic Street Preachers record, preferably The Holy Bible. It has songs that challege terrorism, anorexia and suicide. This challenges... nothing. It does nothing new and 1D will eventually be remembered as the worst band to disgrace music.
