Outstanding.

Put some quality headphones on, lay back, press play, close your eyes…. If you don’t feel moved at the end of this album…. You must be dead. Sarah Brightman just kicked that ball out off the stadium and past Neptune, that girl is just outstanding and alway gives the best performance she can.

Symphony live

When I listen to music, more so, now Im older, its not only a period to while away time, Its a journey away from the reality of life, i put on my quality head phones and get totally ingrossed in the music, not many artists can do this, but this one hits the spot. It takes me away from the reality of my life at the moment (which is not great), keep up the good work, and be happy.

I feel sad for Sarah

I have enjoyed the range and variety of Sarah's music for many years. Hers is what I would term a 'musical theatre' voice of the highest standard, and I put this album on expecting to thoroughly enjoy it.
I listened with concern and eventually put something else on. I'm really no expert but it sounds to me that (not unreasonably) Sarah's voice has deepened over the years and the higher notes are now quite a struggle. Worse though is some of the diction. What, in the name of all that is holy is a 'Rakkwiem'? Well, I know it isn't a Requiem, but once you hear it you can't un-hear it. By the end I just felt sad- I'll stick with the older recordings, when we were both young, and listen to Sarah as I remember her...
