What an album The Minstrel Show was for Little Brother. After a first album, and a terrific mixtape, they matured to produce a memorable moment in the boom-bap revival, with MCs Big Pooh, Phonte and the the lush, ultra soulful production of 9th Wonder. They fell out after this, stopped working together. But I hear 9th and Phonte are cool now, so an new Little Brother with 9th is in the cards. It will be a treat.
