Awesome
One of the very rare breed of albums that I loved on first listen, written to be belted out of my mini c on a hot sunny day. Catchy catchy catchy beat beat beat

Strange but true...
It's unlike anything from them...it's strange when expecting one thing and getting another, but it's so damn catchy! The songs fit together so it's like listening to one long ever changing melody. There's an arcade fire, new order and TSU feeling to the mix...it's a summer album for sure!

Just downloaded this album reminds me of talk talk heaven 17 type of thing but in 2014 style must admit not a massive fan of electronic music but when it's done well it sounds blinding and this is a blinding album well done fella !

We'll worth the wait!
This record is a massive change in direction for TSU but it has certainly paid off! I cannot stop listening to this album at the moment and had me jumping around as soon as I hit "Play". Some of the songs may take a little while to grow on you but this is a great electro-pop record. There is an interesting use of synths, drum machines and samples throughout and Craig's vocals are as powerful and distinctive as ever. This album is very well produced and feels very polished. The trio have obviously put their heart and soul into this album and produced an amazing record. There is a very 80's feel to some of the tracks, you can hear influences from the likes of Depeche Mode, Human League, The Rapture, etc. Every song on here is brilliant and is well worth purchasing by any die-hard TSU fan or newcomer!

Awesome!
We have all been waiting for this album and it hasn't disappointed. I am a massive fan of The Sunshine Underground and have seen them numerous amounts of times. I cannot get "Don't Stop" and "Nightlife" out of my head! The album flows very nicely, like all of the others. One thing I will say is that "It Is Only You" is better on the EP, I didn't particularly like the album version. An awesome album all the same, though. Thank you TSU for another beautiful album! :)

Finally They Arrive.....
TSU have never been ones to rush a release and their latest offerings have been 4 years in the making. Last year saw the release of "It Is Only You" which was the first glimpse into their Electronic return and a tour in October that proved these songs translate into the live set. Many bands would shy away from making a bold change in style when their previous guitar based style had such a strong and loyal following.
The new album is released May 19th and has the loyal fan counting down the days after many tracks have been played live for over a year. Watch out for Start, Nightlife, a beefed up version of The Same Old Ghosts which was demoed on Soundcloud over a year ago and latest single Finally We Arrive - killer tunes - and the track that has stopped me in my tracks - Battles - a captivating and pivotal song placed at the heart of the album.
I know how much they've put into this - they truly believe in these new tunes, their first since taking matters into their own hands via Pledge Music. Produced by the band with Ross Orton (of Arctic Monkeys AM fame) it has real depth and meticulous attention to detail - it's a revelation when played through headphones. This album will get stuck in your head effortlessly.
An album that was well worth the wait from one of the best under the radar and accessible bands around. The live shows in October to support this stunning album will be as lively as ever...

TSU new stuff.
Seen these guys numerous times.... There's an obvious shift in style with the bleeps and electronics... I'm unsure if the other TSU fans will take this on? Don't get me wrong there's some massive tracks with the Old TSU in there ie Same old ghosts and IIOY. Maybe the shift in style is the reason for the delay in bringing out a new album and that they're maybe looking for a new type of clientele, who knows? Either way it's well over due and I wish these guys all the luck in the world and hopes its successful, they deserve this break in the big time. Mines ordered :)
