An absolutely fantastic album created by an absolutely fantastic artist. Akala is an astronomically talented and intellectual being. He conveys the deepest of truths through his music. His lyrics manage to evoke my inner philosophiser and help one perceive clear. Far too talented to be mainstream, thank God.

I don’t know what took me so long to buy this, glad I did.

This is an amazing body of work. I've never really listened ot Akala, and stumbled on this by chance, but there are no regrets here - I'd rather stumble on an artist like this, late than never. Now, I'm going back to his beginnings to listen to all his work.

Wow, on my first listen it instantly reminded me of Knowledge Is Power vol 1, slightly lower-fi production than The Thieves Banquet, but my word the lyrical content as always from Akala is just next level.

I think "The Fall” is beyond Lowkey, which is really saying something. Akala has been in my top 5 UK for ages, and think this locks him in the top 3. Have always believed he was the best writer/poet of the lot, but he really is one of the best!

Akala just keeps getting stronger and better as an artist. This album is full of knowledge, the rhymes and the beats are amazing. Full anyone that loves hip hop, lyrics, flow and knowledge needs to get this album asap. Knowledge is power.
