Awful app. Cannot seem to achieve a functioning interface. Even more awful quality clothing. Site depictions do not represent what is actually received. Terrible quality and a misrepresentation of what you’re actually paying for and expecting to receive. On top of which, when I’ve sent emails containing feedback, I’ve never had a response. Shady business. I’ve had two items worth paying for and keeping. The rest isn’t worth the petrol money.

Do not order clothes from this site. Orders come from China, dress sizes all over the place! One of mine had the waistband around my chest! You have to pay for your own returns and then only offered credit to buy more awful clothes!
All looks great on the pictures but when it (finally) arrives, the clothes are low quality material, badly fitted and cheaply made. Would not use again.
Firstly I didn’t realise this was a Chinese company.
Secondly because it was shipped via Bahrain I had to pay extra importation fee.
And finally, what was sent was not what I ordered!!
There’s s reason these things are cheap!
Remember what you parents taught you if it seems to good to be true it is!

I had placed two orders over a month ago and not received either, I then used live chat to see where my orders were and was advised I would be contacted via email in regards to this and yet nothing!!! Terrible app and terrible service!!!!

I purchased 2 dresses from Dresslilly. They are as expected. Delivery took longer than expected but it is Christmas.
The app worked fine until they updated now I can’t see my points unless I log in on the internet so no point having the app
I buyed 2 t-shirts from them but unfortunatelly i mistaked the sizes.I was assisted every step for my problem.The Customer service is very gentile and sorted all my queries...They send me the t-shirts of the size i requested and for FREE delivery included...The app is very nice and the products are as described.Nr1!
Bought a few things from here and very pleased ... but are so slow sending things out , ordered a pair of shoes and other things and it takes about 2/3 weeks or longer before they send things out don't know why as you pay for the postage , you can't have anything in a hurry 😔 so plan ahead if you can .... that's why l didn't give 5 stars

I ordered from this company and didn't receive order. They informed me I had to wait 3 months before they would look at my case ( that's their normal delivery time apparently!) I waited the 3 months they asked for a refund. Being ignored completely now. Bad customer service and awful company to deal with. Avoid!
Do not use this company at all! They take your money straight away and never send the item! Absolute scam of a company! Sent numerous emails and not had a single reply from them! Apple should remove this app from the App Store... Absolutely disgusting!!! 😡
