Don’t use the schedule feature

Never had a problem using the app and ordering from pharmacy or booking appointments until today while using the schedule I changed the time to later and now waiting 2 hrs over what was agreed, tried customer service and got nothing as well

Do not use this app

I booked an appointment but the hospital had no knowledge of the app and the doctor wasn’t working that day

Not meeting the needs

Basically the concept of this app is good. However, it does not achieve the purpose of making it. I made an appointment at 6 PM, received a confirmation from Vezeeta about the date and time. When I arrived at the reception, they said their system shows the appointment at 7:15 pm and I have to wait all this time till my turn.

Don’t waist you time with this app

I have tried to book multiple times with this app however when i confirmed the appointment the clinic/hospital will tell me that the scheduling is different from the app at least one week or even more

I don't recommend this app its just to advertise only
