Writing down on a diary is more effective

Just get a 10 yr diary & write your thoughts there.
All of my friends will either omit or lie about their thoughts or how they feel whilst using this curious app. Leave sincerity to a diary, not to artificial intelligence.

Really helpful app!

Have been using for a year and a half and it works for me! It conveniently slots into my daily/weekly routine, but it's also worth noting that to really feel the benefits of it then it pays off by committing to it long-term. Instead of thinking of the end result, see it as an ongoing process that helps to problem solve and alter your negative thinking and reduce your anxieties!
I highly recommend and I'm amazed there are no other reviews yet!!

Nothing you cant do on a spreadsheet

Its a very simple app. You cant print off anything and they then suggest £2.79 a month for the pro version which gives nothing more than a passcode and night mode... please!!!!

Bugs and no export option

Nice idea but there are small bugs that make it difficult to make notes. The most distracting one is when taking two successive notes, the Emotions and Cognitive Distortions options will have their entries preselected from the previous note. They need to be manually deselected one by one and re-entered.
The deal breaker for me is the lack of export. There is no way to export to another app, pdf, txt etc
All notes are locked in the app. Unless I'm missing something.
