I got banned from loot for using the coral app to make small bets apparently they don’t only want you to bank with them they also want to control how you spend your money what’s a bit weird, I actually thought the account was handy until this happened, I even plead with customer support that i wouldn’t use it for and gambling sites again, they wasn’t helpful at all they cut my card off stopping me accessing my money when i was working away and gave me 7 days to transfer funds from account. Bad service for hidden rules would not recommend there are many other of these banks that offer so much more, you’d be a fool to choose this one.

I’ve been saving my money in this loot account for a while and when I’ve gone to move it back to my general account it’s not worked but has still taken it out of my loot account. I am now £110 down and am not happy.
Don’t know if the app is actually good I can’t use it because it can’t verify me against my driving licence
They have stolen my money. I've got hundreds of pounds in this account cannot access it. The app tells me to contact support but they read the messages and never get back to me. Avoid this at all costs.
This is the worst bank ever and the customer service is absolutely terrible. They say their staff replies in under 5 minutes that is not true you wait at least an hour and their communication skills are awful. Also it takes over an hour to send and receive payments so if you want to make a quick transfer you are unable to do so.
I 100% do not recommend banking with them!
Do not even waste your time with this company. They have virtually zero support and lock your money and account until you tell them your purpose for using their bank. My account has been left in limbo for a week now and there’s nothing being done. If you wish to waste money this is a good way to go. Still waiting on a response from a support message I had made 3 days ago. Do not waste your time with this shambles of a bank.
i always enjoyed know how much i was using with the debit card top up however now its been taken out im very upset and dont enjoy using the banking facilities anymore.
The loot account is good to use but they need to allow us to use Apple Pay and the bank transfers need to be like other accounts.
Rude customer support when there on and lost my money! This bank is a scam stay away from them!!!!! Still waiting for a response from support after 3days worst bank ever. Don’t use them try N26 as it a much better bank.
Gotta say, loot is actually really good, the only problem is they need to use Apple Pay feature, it would make life easy for us all just in case I forget my card at home, I’ll be able to use Apple Pay through my phone
The app is perfect
App seems to be running smoothly so far no real issues. However overseas transactions do not take 3 days like it was promised it can take up to 10 working days for transaction go through. Also it is still not possible to add loot’s card to wallet (doesnt support apple pay).
Absolutely disgusted with app basically want to know your financial situation if you deposit a big amount to put in your loot goal! I’m actually disgusted and feel violated I won’t be using any longer and closing my account. Avoid at all costs
I’ve used the app for loot with no problems once I managed to log in but the customer service team were very fast and efficient. Contactless, text messages when you load and spend. A budget to guide you too!

I think you guys needs to work out how to receive payments faster as well as transferring. Waiting an hour is absolutely ridiculous
They reply back really fast and are really helpful!! For example I transferred money into the wrong account with the wrong sort code and they immediately transferred the money back to loot account.
Easy banking and good customer service. Some functions are missing in the app that’s why 4 stars.

I have had this app for almost 3 years now and it has been fantastic. I use this for my daily spending and for short term savings. Being able to track how much I spend has completely changed how I spend as there is a visual to show me if I am spending too quickly as soon as I open the app. Also, the #lootgoals is brilliant, I love being able to see how much I have saved for each goal and what percentage that is, making it significantly easier to continue to save. I have used the card in multiple places and countries (Australia, Dubai, Spain, etc.) with ease and received lots of compliments on the design of the card! Lastly, customer service is excellent! Whenever I’ve had to contact them they’ve been so incredibly friendly and helpful, it’s made whatever problem I had a dream to fix. Huge shoutout to the customer service team, you all do a fantastic job! 🎉 I can’t wait to continue to use this app and watch the company grow.
Great App! I use it regularly in the UK and when I travel. I would love if it didn’t charge you for withdrawal of money abroad through.
My account has been locked for 2 days because my mum transferred me money,
Due to it being locked I haven’t been able to pay for food ! I’m running out of food at home and still can’t withdraw money !!!
Good for saving and keeping an eye on your funds. Alerts are great as it keeps me aware on what I’m spending

Very fast and reliable service whenever a problem occurs.
I have used this app since 2017, and it is fantastic. I use it as a savings account, to transfer from my my main bank debit account. Transfers are easy, you can see what you are spending and set yourself limits so budgeting is great! If you set a limit on a night out it ensures you not wake up the next morning regretting those decisions! Lovely little app, never had a problem with is! 100% would recommend.

I have been using loot for a year now as a normal bank account, I’ve always been paid on time, but today, I’ve been paid and I have been notified my my payer that I have been paid, and I still haven’t received my money which is always in by 12:15am. So I am abit up set that my children’s money is not on my account as yet. You really need to sort out your systems.
Offers weekly budget which many others don’t, pending transactions shown straight away, nice breakdown of costs. Easy, reliable way to manage money as a student.

The biggest legal fraudsters you will ever come across. They need to be stopped and put to shame. Pls spread the word people, it's imperative. Watch out for an article in the Main Stream press.
It is fast gaining momentum that loot has the most unresponsive customer service you will ever come across and this is the bank some of us trust to deal with our money?? Think again. Pls don’t take my word for it, try go listen to what others are saying about it.
Had a query on my account a month back which was subsequently suspended and placed under review. Contacts were initially made by loot to inform me about this decision and to request set documents and info but that’s about it. There has been no update for the past 3 weeks on what’s going; In app messages don’t get answered and phone calls never go through.
What’s going on loot?? Is this the bank of the future we all hoped for??

Used the app when I’m on holiday and the exchange rate is brilliant you get more for your money than you would if you’re using cash and it makes exchanging money needless. No extra charges on your card and it tells you exactly how much you’ve spent in both the currency of the country and your own currency. Very convenient and great to help with budgeting. I accidentally sent payment to the wrong account once and it was really quick and easy to retrieve my money back. The team are really helpful and quick in replying. Best thing for travelling or general use.
Great customer service
I'm disappointed with Loot, I've been trying to get help from the support to change my phone number for 1 week and I can not. I really want to cancel my account if this issue is not resolved.
I applied to be verified over a week ago and I still received no confirmation or any form of rejection. At this point it feels like a scam.
