Full of scammers and men mostly overseas. There is no filtering and barely any customer support. I’ve reported so many indecent pictures and messages but never had a response back, it just seems so dated and old compared to other dating sites. No options to send videos. They should make everyone verify themselves before joining and have more features for members who don’t want to pay! I mean why would you pay for an app that is 80% full of scammers with no regulation. Half of the good looking guys are fake profiles and once you match no one really talks much, I see the same guys commenting on every girls pictures. Within less than a month, I chatted with 8 guys… 7 of whom where complete scammers, all trying to love bomb, gain personal information or get you involved in online “trading”! For those of you in the UK, please don’t bother with this app until they have a way of verifying that you or someone you’re talking to is a real person that matches the photos they use and stops people messaging you when you haven’t even matched. I was really looking forward to meeting & dating local, beautiful curvy women on here. All I got was a load of fake likes or matches & no one except for three who actually responded on both the free & paid versions. Seems this app is riddled with bots or catfishing. Those few matches were mostly from much, much older or far younger women than i would’ve preferred. The younger ones were mostly thin, and based in places like Thailand, Philippines or some far away place - ie not local & within my filter settings. In fact, this App seems to ignore your profile filter settings like age, distance, etc. it just throws everything at you. U can’t swipe left … u have to BLOCK everyone you don’t fancy! No method to call from within app - had a couple dodgy WhatsApp message exchanges riddled with name changes, profile photos not matching, foreign numbers, and other red flags. Horrible app! Deleted my account and this app. Give it a miss !!

The filters within the app for age of the person who you are looking for do not function or the distance. In fact your profile is just shown to any members any age for matches and you receive unwanted messages so you have to block all the time. It gives the wrong impression who you are looking for and being an older person my profile is being shown to much younger members so be prepared for unwanted messages and comments. I contacted WooPlus with my dissatisfaction regarding the filters and their reply was a profile was just matched with interests! and to just block people!. I then tried removing all my interests which were the basic normal things you would put but still your profile is circulated to all. My 50 miles radius for dating ( I live in the UK )apparently includes members not even living in the UK! So I am receiving more unwanted messages to block. You cannot set preferences with this app and you are subscribing thinking you are able to!. I wouldn’t even rate a one star for it!

I’ve been on and off this app for the last 18-24 months. I’m not sure what’s happened recently but as I originally logged in through Facebook and there’s seems to be a problem with that I can no longer see any profiles or any of the sections apart from the daily “For You” section and that’s sporadic to say the least! It’s awful! I tried to link my email address and a password to the app so I could log out and go in through my email to see if this would make things better and you’ve guessed it…I couldn’t do that either! It has displayed a variety of profiles numbering less than twenty, and out of those, the lion’s share being Overseas.
The Applications ploy being to obtain a subscription fee with the accompanying inference that more appropriate profiles will be revealed.
To date the profiles have consisted of ladies stating they seek threesomes with their husbands, and yet when complaint is made to the Administrator they do nothing.
This App does not belong on Apples App Store . . It is trash !

Please can someone delete my account? I have had multiple emails back and forth, told it would be deleted in 48 hours, it’s still activated. Why is there no delete option in the app itself? Beyond frustrated with this. The website says to contact you via this page. I would greatly appreciate someone actually giving a ‘sugar’ and helping me! Many things I could say about this app which I have refrained from - just please delete my account.

Be very careful when joining as there is no way of deleting your account. It seems to be one of those sites that has a lot of people but mostly can’t delete there account the same as I can’t

The app barely functions, limited features and extremely awkward to use. It’s a tin pot app which ultimately falls into the category of ‘avoid’ - In the process of trying to delete my account and it’s been a ridiculous, there isn’t even a delete account option in the app which speaks volumes. Will never recommend this appalling excuse of an application

I signed up about 1 year ago expecting one payment to be taken!
I have (after struggling to find out how to cancel so it did not renew) seen that they have been at least 8 other payments taken that I absolutely did not authorise!
Trying to make contact with this company is like trying to find a needle in a haystack!
I would not recommend making any purchases from this app provided.
Absolutely disgusted and now have a long battle on my hands to get back the £200+ they have taken without my knowledge!

Where do I start? The app is like it was designed by someone who bought ‘Coding for Dummies’ and only got halfway through the book before they decided to build the app. Very buggy, very restricting and if you want to do anything, you have to pay. Oh, but if you leave (which they make very difficult to do), they’ll continue to take money from your account and operating a mission to mars is easier than getting your money back. Good luck actually getting a response out of them. Awful.

An app like this has been long overdue. But it's too bad it was coded by a shoebox of blind ferrets.
HARDLY ANYTHING on the app works well and a lot of things don't work at all, desperately needs bug fixes and the app GUI itself is absolutely trash, very unintuitive to point it seems purposely hard to navigate.
And EVERYTHING is a micro transaction, funding an app is one thing but cashing out on a barely working app is another.
