I have a project car so I wasn’t bothered if I had to wait a couple of weeks for parts.
Checked all the parts online as the car list had two different brake set ups, however my model only came out with one. Not a problem I just cross referenced to ensure correct part.
Paid on the app all good. Two days later receive and email explaining I need to call them to process my order. Rang them on the third day and it was just a couple security checks for a first time buyer. My order was check over the phone and email for correct parts and they said it’s 48hr processing time plus 3-5day delivery so 2week wait in total which I didn’t have an issue with.
The next week a day before my parcel should arrive I get an email it’s out of stock? How surely you should tell me this when processing the order not 3days later after the weekend? Anyway I rang up to voice my concern which I got no apology for the lateness of the email just “well we emailed you” yes you did but when my parcel should arrive not at the processing time. So I cancel most of my order as need that main part you fit all the other parts and continued with 2 small items.
I’m currently in week 3 only just got my parcel dispatched and they haven’t refunded me the money yet! Promised it’ll be back in my account 3days later. No email confirm refund so I’m currently £300 out of pocket and a customer service team who don’t care and won’t even just say sorry and not interested in fixing this issue.
DO NOT USE!! Ready the other reviews all on the same lines!

Have used AUTODOC 4 or 5 times now and they have been faultless from start to finish, delivery can take a bit longer than usual but it comes from Germany so I’m still happy, I cannot buy from GB as cheap, usually I stick to Febi or Meyle which I have found to be robust parts for my Mercedes

The parts took a lot longer than I expected but were miles cheaper than any company in this country, however the stock photos were slightly misleading as my new suspension struts and springs by bilstein should have been yellow but arrived and were black ! Would order pars again but we’ll in advance as my car was on axle stands for nearly two weeks from ordering.

I had the same experience as other users. Ordered a part then a long time later got a phone call, would I accept a better substitute? I agreed. Later I got an email confirming this. Several days later another email, asking the same question so I replied to the email. Multiple emails & phone calls later it seems they have absolutely no idea how to run a business nor what each other are doing.

I found this app, and was amazed how cheap all the parts were. I added a fair few parts to my order and paid via PayPal.
A few minutes after I was having a read through these reviews again and noticed a lot of users mentioned having wrong parts delivered.
I decided to take a look at “my orders” on the app and had noticed most of the parts I actually ordered were replaced with alternatives. This wouldn’t be a problem if they were all the same brand, but considering I purchased brake disks and pads all around. There is no way I’d be purchasing different variations of parts for this.
Some parts also stated out of stock on the order screen, this wasn’t displayed during the parts selection when adding to the basket.
I have emailed their support email requesting a cancellation of the order before these even become dispatched.
I have also contacted PayPal to stop the payment from finalising.
Good thing I noticed this before the parts were even shipped.
I won’t be using this app or company again. Be careful if you do decide to use this app/company.

Poor customer service, terrible delivery times, ordered parts 10 days ago, still no dispatch email, I’ve asked serval times what’s going on and when my parts will arrive. Simple responses “delivery takes 4-5 working days”, do not waste your time, get your parts from elsewhere.

It took forever to get some simple service parts delivered. I emailed twice to cancel the order only to receive an email 4 days later to tell me the parts had been dispatched. They do not listen.
I refused the package and had to prompt them to make a refund. They messed up the refund and I had to prompt them again to get the rest of my money back.
Won’t be using again.

It looks like they are worse and worse , the customer service is appalling, it takes for ever for them to answer , ive been waiting a week for a reply , my car is in bits and pieces , I had to insure another one temporary till it will be fixed , and they are delaying anything, in the end it’s better to pay a higher price and buy everything from UK instead of waiting months . I’ve paid on 3rd of October and they didn’t send anything yet.
Be careful when you buy, I’ve purchased some front springs for my car , they called me to let me know that they don’t have those in stock and that they will send me others which are more expensive free of charge , but I have received cheaper ones and when I’ve checked in the app they don’t mention anything , and I don’t have any invoice from them to confront the items . Make plenty of screenshots when you buy.

I order some parts, clutch kit bearing snapped pin replacement took 2 weeks when to put the clutch.. wrong clutch supplied by theirs data base!!!! Now they try to reevaluate the part so fully refund it’s gonna already !!!

I’m using AutoDoc nearly two years.
Yes delivery take time but NEVER had a problem with parts, as described and what I ordered, quality parts like FEBI or Mayle Filters Mahle or Bosch Knecht never had a problem with and what is most important is a PRICE!!!
I recommend this app to everyone who wants to save money and is in no rush to get parts!

I ordered a compressor and dryer for my van which arrived in a timely manner and as expected. However, despite being progress ally fitted and serviced it failed within a year. Since then I have had absolutely no luck in getting anybody to respond to my emails or messages in the app to get a replacement or warranty swap arranged. Do not use this company if you can help it.

I have made two orders. First order springs for merc c class, received different parts make because they didn't had mines in stock (no information given). Second order similar story but with that's 5 days past from my order and parts are still in Germany when I'm in UK !!!!! Waste of time and money. Will never order again.
I need to phone PayPal to get my money back. It's better to order from eBay or just buy them in shop than wait 11 days for delivery and get parts what are different make than the ones you've ordered. You pay a bit more but at least you get what you paid for and much quicker than 11 days !!!!!!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!!

Ordered suspension kit for Mercedes c 240, had emails confirming order 3-5 day delivery, £86 out of my account same day. Week later no confirmation email that goods had been dispatched.
Started web chat via app on Sunday, was informed that goods would be delivered on Thursday or Friday that week. Only to receive email Tuesday after bank holiday that goods were no longer in production and out of stock, but they had found a similar spec for £172 and to inform them if I want it, replied no want refund , haven't heard from them but the original kit on sales still at £100. 1st June received email saying original order has been sent to DPD.
Don’t know what I’m getting but want refund as sourced else where. Avoid at all costs

I thought I’d test the app to see what info it gives. So I asked it to search for a timing belt for my TD5 Land Rover defender.
It showed me 4 and clarified that they all fitted my car.
Problem is, a Land Rover defender TD5 DOES NOT HAVE A TIMING BELT.
It has a chain..!!!
Not very good I think you’ll agree. The chances of getting the correct parts on this app are very slim I would have thought.

I have a 2008 Honda Civic Type R and ordered 2 shock absorbers for my MOT costing £112.41. After finding the parts at a very good price I ordered them and was promised 3-5 working day delivery, 13 days later the parts arrived. Then after getting to the garage I had realised on my receipt that the total cost came £74.41 and started to question my £38 pound overcharge. THEN the mechanic had said that I have been sent the wrong parts. After the useless chat on the App I managed to get a phone number and contact someone over the phone, to then be told that the part I had ordered was out of stock and they had just used different parts to cover it but they used parts from a standard honda civic. They never contacted me about this issue and I now wonder if they would have ever questioned the £38 pound that they owe me. Tried to pin the blame on me when the issue was clearly on their end. I am awaiting the refund of the £38 and because I wrongly assumed the parts fit I destroyed the returns packaging so I managed to sell the shock absorbers to the garage for another customer and now on the hunt for a new set of TYPE R shocks 👍🏽
