Sometimes won’t load anything and when I click onto an item it just goes back to the main page. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it’s still shocking. Got a 100 pound gift card for last Christmas and I’m unable to use it. Tried numerous times.
Shows I have 100 pound on balance but no still have to use my bank card.

The whole thing was difficult,even not allowing you to add items to your bag without logging in,then none of the codes were applicable & finally I can’t make use of the premiere delivery because of my postcode? Although the likes of Next & Warehouse amongst others manage it fine.

I have used the app twice lately and have been unable to apply the code to add the annual delivery for £5.99. Not happy.
I ordered before 11pm on Wednesday night (like it says to qualify for next day), still I didn’t expect it to be delivered until Friday, which was fine I needed it for Saturday, but received an email saying it wouldn’t be delivered until Saturday. NOT happy.

I’ve been looking for varsity jackets find it last months and today I’ve checked again and u put the prices up on the same product which was last months at least &10-15 cheaper!! Wow! U guys really know how to lose costumer in just one click. Disgrace. I’ve been happy for some time with your stuff few orders was or 2 big or 2 small. Get men’s small and it’s like large. Not happy. I was applying a discount code upon checking out, but it would not go through? The items showed that the discount was applied successfully but it kept on saying error as I tried to proceed with payment? After much frustration, I only purchased the item I really needed which went through successfully which came up to full price. Very poor on Boohoo’s online service and very misleading for customers.

I like the app but to search for an item you’ve to go through so many outfits. I think the app needs to have a feature to select “ sleeve type “ in the sorting/search bar . It would really help a lot to many people who want to buy only sleeveless or half sleeves .

Not very good at all crap to order from pay extra in delivery amd still don’t come early don’t give full refunds either placed an order payed full amount retuned the full order but only received half the money as after I order my items and payed they reduced the items so refunded me at the reduced price big con I’d say won’t be ordering nothing else and will be going to trading standards about them
I enjoyed shopping on Boohoo app it gives me so much varieties to choose from no matter what age one is. So much Styles are available and goes very fast if blink of an eye lid (Lol) Yes really, I’m serious it’s so busy even though it’s not visible nor physical you can’t leave your basket alone or else one of your favourite is snapped up.
I never knew much about Boohoo’s fashion until my neighbours asked me to collect the their parcels then decided to peep online.
And then a STAR is born Boom to Boo-who? I can’t stop shopping now although with some discretions. Me I love a bargain. YEP!
App is pretty straightforward to use but got bugs and errors like wish lists not loading and saying it’s empty when you have items on it.
Could have be a bit quicker can be slow a lot of the time.
Overall it’s an ok app for this brand. Boohoo itself clothes are good quality but sizing needs to be a bit better on certain items as generally made small so you have to go up sizes when you shouldn’t have to. Needs to be more consistent.
I’ve been buying from Boohoo since it first started! Always fantastic items, and I think only twice in all those years have I had a problem with an item. This wasn’t a problem for boohoo, got in touch and they sorted it immediately!
As I say though, always fantastic items, always good prices. It’s got everything you could ever need and everything you didn’t know you did need 😂

Recently the quality of clothing has been awful, not sure if it’s because of the pandemic but what they give you looks nothing like the pictures, I used to use boohoo all the time but I recently made a big order and had to send 9/10 items back due to the quality, they are really fast at giving you a refund though but I’ve been so put off that I’ve actually now deleted the app and gone to ASOS instead.
I had an entire package (all which were blouses and coats) that all had the buttons ripped off as if someone carelessly shoved them in my package maybe this was a one off but nothing seemed sewn on right either and the sizes are a bit off now?
The customer service is amazing though and they respond very quickly so that’s an extra star.
I love the boohoo app and the delivery pass is brilliant. The prices are good and there’s literally always some sort of discount/sale/offers on. However the products are a bit hit and miss, sometimes things arrive and they look amazing- just like the photo. Other times they are very cheap looking and made of thin material. Returns are free so you can always send stuff back but it’s a bit annoying if you buy something for an occasion and it arrives, I always buy a couple of things just in case. The premium selection is always a safe bet though, the stuff from there always looks great. Overall a great app but they should work on the quality of some of their products.
I loved boohoo and have been a regular customer for a while. I recently purchased some maternity items and was initially very pleased with them. When it came to wearing them, however, the maternity item didn’t fit over my bump! How ridiculous, as it is intended to be a maternity item and should therefore accommodate to fit over an average sized bump. I spoke to customer services but because it was out of their returns period, they refused to give me a refund and offered me a mere five pound voucher for their own company.
Be careful when buying any maternity products from boohoo as it is false advertisement, misleading and deceitful.
Every time I try to log in I get the message that my login details are not recognised my password is saved & I go through the procedure of setting up new password and still doesn’t go through says oops something went wrong & this is every time I use the app no other online shopping app does this just boo hoo so annoying sort it out !!!!!
I cannot really provide a review about using the app, as I was unable to log in. I made my account on the website using Facebook. The app has no provision for logging in using Facebook. Trying to log in using my Facebook email and password also did not work. I contacted customer support and was told to make a new account in the app to be able to use it. This was a hassle as I already had made orders on the website that I was waiting for, and I didn’t want two different accounts just to use the app. Also, part of the reason why I wanted to use the app was to track the orders I had already made. I think I will continue to use the website instead.
I have use this app all the time as it is cheap and affordable, this is the first time this has happened which is fine mistakes happen, I messaged using the Facebook app to see if I could either receive a refund or if I could return the item. I had the pleasure of speaking a girl named Vicky.P (thank you Vicky) who was the nicest person and helped me through my struggles as I am a bit of a techno-fob, I will say that again mistakes happen and that is fine, within a few minutes Vicky had sorted me out and had fixed it by giving me a refund. My password has expired, the email sent to reset a new password does not work it just sends you to the home page of the website.
I have explained this until I am blue in the face via WhatsApp to customer service representatives.
I have been sent new passwords which when you type them in tell you to change your password, the whole thing as explained above then happens again. I spent 3 days going through this with various people via the what’s app service and still I can’t log in.
I then decided to check out as a guest, once I actually got to pay for the items ordered it appeared that my money had been taken but no, it went though the process but didn’t place the order.
The items went up in price whilst all the above was taking place so I got sent a £5 voucher, I tried using it but can’t as everytime I put my email address in it wants me to change my expired password which the site will not allow me to do.
So tedious and a waste of 3 days, it appears noone communicates with each other.
I’ve given up, and have bored myself even writing this review.
3 attempts over the last 2 days to add approximately £300 worth of clothes. Firstly and frustratingly, I’m selecting my size and colour and adding to the basket. When I’ve then gone into my basket to check the item I have selected, BooHoo has randomly changed my chosen colour to one I haven’t selected.
Secondly and more frustratingly, after selecting the items I want, reviewing my basket then selecting checkout, the checkout times out ‘saying something went wrong’ and all my basket (30+ items) have disappeared completely!!
Boohoo, get the app fixed because you are loosing loyal customers because of your technical ineptness on your app!
Firstly I will say, I love to shop on Boohoo and the app works very effectively most of the time (so far I haven’t had any major issues) the only thing I will say is that sometimes product pictures don’t always load when shopping, which isn’t very convenient but this doesn’t always happen. I would also love it if Boohoo added new filters/new ways of sorting, in particular “biggest price reduction and/or lowest price reduction,” this for me personally would make shopping on Boohoo more easy and enjoyable.
Overall, the Boohoo app is really good, I would recommend it to anyone who was looking to purchase new clothing items.
One reviewer asked ‘how has this app got 4+ stars’, well because people keep clicking 4/5 stars but writing negative things - negative views should equate to low star rating, no? App crashes, picture of item just says loading loading loading - I imagine this would go on until the device dies, but frustration sets in before be able to test this theory. Oh yeah and then there’s the times when you try to go on the app and it just flicks off. Bottom line boohoo sells cheap clothes, but they’re not feee, we are still paying for them so that doesn’t mean you can get away with being consistent well below par. The customer service is a joke. Any company that does not offer the option to speak to an actual human, does it because they can’t handle the fall out from the level of dissatisfied customers, so just do it all by email, that way they can respond when they feel like. And when they mess up and they will, they will offer you a trusty £5 voucher - because £5 makes everything better. Boohoo save all those vouchers and provide a decent service, get rid of Hermes (can’t even go there, we’ve all seen the secret camera footage) install some phones, get some tape measures - no-one likes to think their bigger than they are and get an IT wiz that knows how to create an app.
I’ve ordered from boohoo before once a year ago and it didn’t go well I had to take back ALL of the clothes I ordered as none fit, I thought I would try again see if the clothes/sizing would be better, ITS NOT I am always in every store and online a size 6, I checked all the details on what the model was wearing (was wearing a size 10) so I thought I’d order my size as the models figure is like mine, ive just got the jeans now and the buttons are broken and I forgotten all about how difficult it is to actually return the items too, so if you have no clue how to print/don’t have a printer like me PLEASE don’t order from here I have no clue how it’s nearly 5 stars, yes the clothes r cheap but omg they don’t do sizing right and returns are so awkward todo!!!
I love boohoo! I always get what I want, pictures are normally exact and beside from the limited tall stock it’s great ! However the delivery service they use (my Hermes) is terrible! I paid £5.99 for next day delivery at about 4pm two days ago and still nothing I need it for tonight and it’s really annoyed me! Boohoo in and of its self is my favourite clothing app but they need a better delivery service it’s ridiculous!! I’ve tried contacting Hermes and it’s £6 PER CALL! I really wish boohoo wasn’t associated with them! Let’s the whole experience down. Think if they just used Royal Mail or ANY OTHER delivery service it would be a 10/10 experience.
Updated my app and my wish list finally works!! For a while it wouldn’t save anything so I would order on the website but my app has updated and it’s all saved! So much easier and quicker to order what I need. Great prices, I love that it shows you the discounted price rather than working it out as you go along, makes me want to buy more. The design is really user friendly and helps me find what I need quickly, a lot better than other fashion apps!
I have finally found a brand I am absolutely in love and obsessed with. Being six foot tall and plus size, finding clothes which gave you shape was difficult, and finding maxi to fit my length non existent until I found BooHoo. I no longer high street shop, with a click of a button I always find that perfect outfit for any occasion. People always compliment every item I wear, including footwear and assessories. The outfits are sexy, glam, sofisticated, colourful, non frumpy, and the material stays as good as new, when washed!!!..what more does a woman want. Thankyou entirely to BooHoo.👍🏾❤️
Always loved boohoo ! Very on trend an reasonable for-my daughter for many years now . It’s also great for me , mum / nan in her 50s !! Fashion items to meet my needs as well as the young , fantastic !! Then the APP !! Omg ! Easy viewing for a quick treat an waste some time away in my lunch break or waiting for the grandchildren to come out of school . Styles to die for anything an everything is their ... jst fantastic , fast delivery no dramas an very little returned if ever ! Always my first look when something is needed ! Well done boohoo !
I like boohoo for the clothes & price but the app is horrendous. You cannot use the wish list it just shows everything you’ve added as no picture no price & you cant delete it or it just says error! it’s so frustrating. I wouldn’t bother getting this app. The worst thing is that it hasn’t been fixed Despite 100’s of reviews exactly the same as mine so they are obviously aware of the wish list problem & have been for a while. But still haven’t bothered to fix it! So until they can be bothered to fix a problem that so many customers have told them is ruining their shopping experience I won’t be bothered ordering from them again.
I’m not one to be negative, so I’ll start with the positives of this app:
The clothes are reasonably priced, and there isn’t anything you won’t be able to find on this app! Shipping is accurate and comes at the right time (please note that I only ever use standard shipping). However, the clothes are a little small so go a size up if what you’re buying looks like it may be tight. I’ve been using this app for over a year and no troubles other than the clothes are typically quite thin, sheer and small. The material may not be what you expected it to be either. Apart from that, the colours are how they appear on the model and there’s always a sale on making the clothes a reasonably cheap price. They do look really great if you buy the right things!
A recent problem I’ve experienced on this app however is that it has not been able to register my card. My card works fine on other apps, but this problem has prevented me from purchasing any clothes on here. I hope this is fixed soon, I’m looking forward to shopping on here when this has been solved!
App keeps closing. Can’t use the wish list anymore at all without it closing.
I stopped using the app last year when none of my saved items were being saved. I returned today imagining this was resolved as there was an update 4 months ago, I was mistaken.
Twice I have shopped and put items straight into my basket, as the app still won’t allow for saved items, when I then go to the basket that has the number of items specified in it indicated by a number over the basket, I click it and it states basket empty.
I click on account to log in and each time the screen goes black and the app closes.
I like looking on Boohoo quite a lot, and as a customer, I save items on my wish list so I can go back later and find what I’m looking for. I also like to compare clothing on the wish list. Except I can’t. Because the feature never works on the app. It constantly states that my wish list is empty, when it isn’t. How am I supposed to ensure I’m buying the right clothes when I can’t compare to other products? So now I just use the website instead, but I also now use different clothing sites instead of Boohoo. So if you want the wish list feature, don’t bother downloading this app.
I love boohoo, the prices are amazing but the one thing that is very annoying is the wish list. I have quite a full wish list so I’m not sure if that’s the reason, but when I click on ‘wish list’ it says everything is £0.00, no picture or anything and if I add some thing else to my wish list it won’t show up. Now I have to delete everything off one by one, as there is no way to take it all of at once. I tried deleting the app and getting it, logging back in, but it didn’t take of my wish list. I don’t think when I delete an item it even comes off, because it says error. Other then this really annoying wish list problem everything else is amazing
This app crashes like crazy and it’s been going on for several months. Imagine scrolling through items and it shuts down and you’ve completely lost your spot. Or the several times I’ve loaded up my basket or wish list only to go into them and find that they're completely EMPTY! And this is from many hours of going through items on the site.
I haven’t bought anything off the site in months bcs of these issues. it really wastes your time bcs by the time you’ve found everything u want and ready to pay, you go to your basket and find that everything is gone
I think they should change the fact that there are not certain sizes in certain clothes ,for example sometimes the are very big sizes or very small sizes and many times I end up not being able to buy anything ,something else many times I keep clothes in the basket and when I go to see I do not have them anymore and makes me extremely irritated that I have to do it all again
I’ve used the boohoo app for probably 3 years now and it used to be fantastic! Great deals, cheap and quality clothing, up to date with all the trends, etc etc. I used to save items onto my wish list all of the time and wait for payday to treat myself, but now I can’t access my wish list without going through my web browser. Contacted boohoo on several occasions regarding their wish list issues only to hear “we’re working on it”. Clearly your app developers aren’t very experienced because every other clothing store manages perfectly. Also absolutely impossible to purchase through the app, never allows you to alter your order (delete items/change quantities) what’s the point in the app? Can’t add to your list.. can’t purchase.. Get it sorted, you’re losing customers daily...
Absolutely rubbish service! Ordered a dress from here 25th Nov on the free delivery Black Friday offer takes 9days roughly thought that’s fine..get an email two days ago 2nd Dec to say it’s still on the way just a little slow due to black Friday sales but not to worry it will come in time... to then get a follow up email a day later telling me my item is out of stock and a refund has been sent to then see it back on the website!! So emailed asking for it to be sent tomorrow as it should have been here originally by now to then be told I have to re order and pay for next day postage if I want it now as someone could order it seconds before me on next day delivery and the same might happen again! Why would I pay for delivery? When they have the free delivery option but then wait another 9days to see if they are going to say it’s out of stock again?! Ridiculous!!!!!!

Been happy with the app so far until my wish list decided its not gonna work! I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times now in hope that it would resolve the issue but it hasn’t 😡 I’ve tried to see where I can report it but no luck... so I decided to write the Review!!! The irony is it that the wish list works when I log on line but but I do most of my shopping from the app as I find it much more convenient to use!!! This app absolutely NEEDS sorted out or a new one made, this app is the worst online shopping app I have ever been on in my whole entire life! It's deleted my wish list, the items are still there but they are completely blank, no picture, no name and the price is always £0. The app crashes every 30 seconds making it absolutely impossible to do any shopping. Honestly this app has probably lost boohoo a lot of money, cuz I certainly changed my mind on buying things cuz of how difficult the app is. Been on so many times to find stuff I've wanted to buy and never been able to find it cuz of the app crashing. AWFUL APP!
I love the clothing on here. It’s good quality for good prices. However, whenever I try to put anything in my wish list and look at it later, it turns out it’s not there or just hasn’t been added. I’ve heard a few others complain about this and would love if you could fix it because it’s lowkey annoying. Hope to see a change soon because having to search and find the same item every time is incredibly frustrating!

I try wish list a few items just to see if maybe the items are out of stock, nope, still no wish list. Ordered my clothes on the Sunday, having to add all my items directly into my basket then edit them out, before the next day delivery cut off time. Monday I get an email, saying my delivery can’t be done today and my clothes will come tomorrow, now on Tuesday 5pm and my clothes still haven’t come, so I guess that’s Wednesday delivery? I hope so. The redeeming thing about this app is the cute clothes and cheap prices, I’ve used it many times before but this is the first time I’ve used it in a few months, disappointing especially with competition like PLT which is also inexpensive and cute. 😡
The benefit of having an app for all of your favourite stores, is that it’s easier to see offers, store all of your favourites or things you like in one area and easy to pay etc.
I rarely go onto the website to order, so when it comes to ordering on an app Boohoo gets left behind because it’s slow, crashes and shuts down randomly. Alongside that, it doesn’t show my items in my wish list which I intentionally save so I can go back and buy! Instead, it just shows a list of £0.00 items with no photos etc.
Really frustrating when you’re trying to shop. Feel like the app really needs work to catch up with others on the market...
I have ordered from many places before and had seen one person wearing boohoo before and it didn’t look bad so decided to order a few things from there on Saturday of last week I ordered them on next day delivery to the correct address (which I have checked and double checked and triple checked) boohoo and I have been emailing back and forth as the package has not yet been delivered but it is meant to be ‘in a secure place on my porch’ I would like them refunding soon however I cannot see this happening as most of the emails from them look like they have been copied and pasted and are the same not answering any of my further questions or taking any further actions and I have done everything they have said in the emails e.g. looked around my property checked no one else had it in my household,checked the address however nothing further has happened would advise not ordering from here if this mistake is common :)
Soooo. I made the mistake of using boohoo. I was shocked when I saw how cheap their sale items were so decided to order my holiday wardrobe and take advantage of the years delivery for £6.99 I managed to get over 14 outfits for £27 . I got next day delivery as I was going away the following weekend. Well my stuff never arrived. You can’t speak to a real person and they take days to get back to you. As it took so long to tell me they lost my parcel I found out the day before my planned birthday break I had no time or money to replace my items. To add insult to injury they point blank refuse to refund my postage! I cancelled my holiday, I’m so upset. The customer services support is useless and they use the equally used Hermes too. Avoid like the plague is my advice . If I could have given them negative stars I would have. I was told to wait for my items for four days with a loss of earnings as a result and THEY WOULDN'T REFUND THE POSTAGE!!! Bad for boohoo bad form
I downloaded the app to order dresses, when I got to the basket I wanted to edit the quantity. There was no option to edit on this app on my iPhone 7 Plus, I had to go onto the actual website to edit my basket. I selected next day delivery when I place my order on Monday, on Tuesday my items were not delivered, on Wednesday I received an email saying that my items will be delivered, my items were not delivered on, Thursday I received an email saying my I would receive my order, my items were not delivered, by this time I am thoroughly upset and email boohoo as I have been since Tuesday evening. The use Hermes which have delivered my items before🤷🏽♀️. An email is sent that I will receive my order, this has been 3 days in a row the same thing. 3 days later, still no delivery, they say the couriers can’t find my address, I don’t live in a cave, I live in London. We are in a the most advanced technological era and the courier can’t find on address. It is now Friday and I received an email stating my items will be delivered I am waiting for my items to be delivered😠😡🤬🤯
I absolutely love boohoo clothing, I mean you get what you pay for but all in all it’s good. However there seems to be a lot of issues with the app, I’ll get half way through an order and then the app will crash and I’ll lose everything and have to start all over and sometimes this will repeat. It also seems to stop applying discounts to my orders and now the whole thing is just getting really frustrating. It’s genuinely putting me off looking on there and buying things due to it crashing every single time I go onto the app and start an order.
The app used to be great but for a while now (several months) it has not been registering the wish list. So anything I’ve saved in the past is gone and I can’t add anything new to it. I also have repeated problems placing orders through the app and have to start all over again on the website (have lost out on sale items before because of this too) Plus it keeps logging me out of my account. Oh and there doesn’t seem to be a way to look back at old orders which would be good, and a pretty standard feature on other apps.
My phone software and app updates are all in check so I know it’s not my phone playing up. If they could fix some basic but very annoying bugs it would be great. But I rarely use the app these days and head to the website instead as it doesn’t really seem usable.
1. First the app kindly decided to keep crashing when I was mid way through a very long list of a specific item (e.g. I’d typed in black leather skirt, selected my size and what I wanted it sorted into) and it crashed, leaving me having to do the whole process again (this happened numerous times.
2. Secondly, boohoo decided to stop adding things to my wishlist without me knowing so as I went through the WHOLE of EACH INDIVIDUAL list that I’d once again tailored to each size etc, unbeknown to me it hadn’t added loads of things to my list, leaving me unknown to which lists I needed to re-tailor to my needs and once again have to go back and redo and once again very annoyed
3. The app has now took the last straw. MY WHOLE WISHLIST IS GONE, all of it! And it won’t even let me add anything to it! I had over 100 items on this list and I’m not prepared to go through all the tailored lists of both men’s and women’s once again! All my Xmas presents for my sister and boyfriend and of course many for myself...GONE.
Although on a positive note, which I suppose makes this a tad worse, I do love the clothes and most are reasonably priced but I shall not be purchasing from boohoo again unfortunately as I’m too annoyed and have no patience left for the app or the shop.
I’ve ordered many items from this site and will continue to do so. The choice is brilliant, always something different. I’ve worn many dresses, be it to garden parties or a Ball, when the reaction is always the same: ”where did you get that dress, it’s stunning!”
I have ordered from the men’s section for my husband and 18year old son and they are more than happy to wear what I chose😀!
I have chosen many items from the sale, really good value as I’ve only ever returned but a few.

The app crashes a lot, which is very annoying, and does odd things like suggest vouchers have not been applied even after they've discounted your basket, which is confusing. On the plus side, the Twitter team is really helpful.
As for Boohoo itself, you get what you pay for. A lot of things I won't buy because I know the quality of the material and tailoring isn't going to be good, but then they're cheap so represent appropriate value for money.
Ordered a top came 7 days early and in amazing packaging put it on and felt like a superhero so comfy and supportive great material and fabulous colour defiantly coming again love it so much and shipping early which is a nice surprise just like inside gorgeous overall its really good and beautiful coming again soon to purchase another amazing thing at a reasonable and good price aswell very cheap for the quality and overall product 💖💖
Each time I go onto the app it says I’m logged out so when I try and log back in it says my password or email is wrong. Please fix this and stop the app logging out all the time because I have to keep making new accounts and I lose everything in my wish list and I had over 100 items in the I wanted to purchase for the future
I absolutely love this app. I buy nearly all my clothes from here now. Especially with all the deals you get with shipping and money off. The fitting is perfect as I am a very small woman with larger boobs. Perfect for everything to be honest. Only thing about it is sometimes glitches out but I’m sure this will be sorted and the problem we had the other day was sorted within the day which was brilliant. Great for enquiries you have about any of there clothing as they get back to you ASAP. All in all one of the best clothing apps I’ve ever used!!
Ordered my formal dress off the boohoo app. There is no word to describe the happiness I have now that I have received it, came within 3 workings day in exceptional condition. Super easy to find, very good layout of the app and definitely within my budget, as a student I was worried about dresses being too expensive and ending up with a bad dress. I ordered a 'petite' size dress even though I'm not class as petite but got a larger size than my normal and it fits perfectly, so so so happy. Couldn't praise this company more
I wear a 16 so I don't think I'm huge but decided this summer I would try some dresses. I did try a couple of normal 16s but they were no good especially if u have big boobs. Came across the plus size section. Well 4 dresses I am in love. Delivery within 3 days, returns made easy with collect plus & refund made easily. Also got lovely dress for my 10 year old daughter which she has lived in. Have just bought 2 more straps dresses although summer nearly over. 1 for me, 1 for my daughter. Again really lovely & will both be alright for next year. Think this is my new fav shop. Need winter dresses.

Have used Boohoo for many years & now shop there for my teenager who loves it. It's not overly expensive & with the every changing fashion thank goodness every week it's something new. I have now just invested in the yearly shipping after having paid shipping three times in one week it was a no brainier really, should have bought it ages ago. Clothes are of good quality for price & I am still wearing some dresses/tunic to work a good few years down the line. After care is excellent & always answer questions promptly on social media. Keep up the good work.
I am disappointed to have to be changing my 5* rating to a 1*. For the past few years boohoo is only place I shopped online, my whole wardrobe is essentially boohoo. I have to reduce my rating for 2 reasons. Firstly the quality of the clothes have reduced immensely, the materials are thin and feel cheap. A lot of the tops and dresses shaped in a way that you can't wear a bra with, are mostly see through. The second reason is related to the app itself. I was happy with the app until the recent updates, when I press the home button the app shuts off and it keeps randomly clearing my wish list and bag when I come back to them. Very disappointed.
