The app offers an auto-renewing Premium Subscription. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. I would not recommend to anyone this app, it’s totally waist of money! It’s not worth a time!
Half of the things you need to enter manually, the app doesn’t calculate itself what is the point having it? One third it’s useless to me . Therefore one third I actually use it free anyway basically paying for upgrade it’s misleading.

I initially paid for this app a few years ago and loved using it…. But they decided to get greedy and change to a subscription based model. After paying for the app and then the developer cancelling all functionally I don’t think it’s fair to charge £25 per year to use the app.
So I’ve been forced to delete the paid app. 😳😢

This is an alright app, good widgets and good watch complications. So when it offered premium for £5.49 a year I took it, double clicked to pay and as it was processing I realised it was charging me £25.49, but it was too late. Yes, I’ve had a refund from Apple, (I took a screenshot of the £5.49 offer luckily). I have emailed the developer but no response. It’s an ok app, there are other apps that do the same and are cheaper. Just be careful if you take the offer, I wouldn’t pay £25.49 for premium.

With a good range of widgets. I wish there was an option to see averages rather than totals for weeks and months. Eg the annual steps number for me is 1.5m which doesn’t tell me all that much.

DON’T PAY EXTRA - the extra features like the Apple Watch complications don’t automatically update and if you try to reach out to customer service, they’ll just ignore you. I’ve followed up 4 times and they’ve stopped relying once they realise they can’t fix the issue.

Overall the app is great.
The app shows stats in a very helpful readable way, but the Apple Watch integration (which is why I purchased this) is just terrible! It barely works.
I end up with lines all over the screen where it fails to synchronise.
I hope this gets fixed as this would make this an amazing application

You have to subscribe for the year, once you’ve purchased, you select all the data you want tracked. What it doesn’t mention is that, your subscription only covers steps and distance and to have to then purchase a premium sub for everything else. You’d be better off downloading the pacer app and getting your steps and distance for free. Misleading and really worth the money.

All sorted now!
After leaving my previous review lamenting the update from single payment to subscription and not being very happy about it, the developer reached out and asked me to contact them to help resolve the problem and restore my previously paid for upgrade.
Within 5 minutes of contacting them, the issue was completely resolved - my upgrade to Pro all restored and I now have access to all data sets. No additional payment was required nor any conversion to subscription. I did give them my original AppStore receipt to prove purchase.
All’s well again and to give them credit they did sort it out incredibly quickly.
I do think they should release an update where the restore purchases button works though…
I suggest everyone contacts them to restore their paid for status.

What a shame that this app has all of a sudden gone from a single payment to a subscription model. I paid for this app but unfortunately the ‘restore’ (previous purchases) button does nothing. As a result, I cannot view the Health data that was there - all blocked with a padlock. Whilst I understand the need of developers to have a constant revenue streams, please consider those of us who supported you at the very beginning by purchasing v.1 apps. Perhaps a single payment with loyalty reduction or something?

Paid for app with all the counters such as calories, weight etc and now have to pay again as they’ve gone subscription.
By all means freeze the app and launch a new sub only app but don’t take away features I expect to have and have had for years.

Hi,
I paid for HealthView back in 2018 and it used to allow me to see many datasets. Now it wants me to subscribe to see more than 3… the rest are blocked with a padlock symbol.
I appreciate you need to make revenue off this, and you should, but those of us who bought it originally paid for a one-off payment app, not something requiring a subscription. As I understand it, most if not all of the app functionality is on the phone, backed by Apple Health data, so it’s not as if you have a costly service to run that justifies a 70+p/month subscription.
Any chance all original purchasers like me could have the original functionality we paid for back again?

Hi, I really love the app as it allows me to extract data much easier than my apple health/fitness apps. Would it be possible, as a future development, to allow the exporting of a CSV file that could show every workout on an individual date or between a set of dates rather than a daily total? Some sponsorship forms I am using requires me to put in each individual workout with the date, time from/to and the distance travelled. I am not sure the app can do that at present, thanks

I rushed into it and spent £9.99 on lifetime premium access! The app view on the phone looks GREAT, as long as you pay! Initially I had to restart my phone and watch multiple times to get the premium features on my watch. However, a better view, at a small price.

I have been using this App for years. I like everything about it, the look, the interface, the way you can view totals by week, month and years (who knew I walked so many miles in a year! 😊).
One niggle thought, I input Blood Pressure readings twice a day, AM and PM. If you use the Export Data facility for Blood Pressure it will display only one reading from that day, also rather than display the AM or PM reading, it will output a mixture of both by displaying the Systolic reading from my PM measurement and the Diastolic reading from my AM measurement 🤷♂️
It would be fantastic if it could output both readings, or perhaps and average of the readings that day. Again this is only an issue if you enter more than one daily reading.
Ok on phone, Apple Watch not so good.

The iPhone app is fine. Basic but fine. I paid for premium but it is not coming up a premium on the watch so I don’t have e functionality I paid for and also the watch app shuts immediately upon opening. I also can’t seem to get the complications on the watch but maybe that is because the watch is not recognising I have the premium subscription. The help features are not good and did not assist with solving the problem.

Guys, this app is 100% rubbish. It fails to deliver the one thing it promises. I don’t expect real data synchronisation but at least to show the correct health data after force syncing.
Also, the widget is a joke. It shows different data than the app when I open it.

Brilliant.
Takes the complexity of Apple Health and makes it as simple (and useful) to view as Fitbit.
Then allows you to customise every inch of everything, if you want to.
Super simple. Super powerful.
Only minor things I’d like to see are a dashboard/grid view of your week (you can only get this view for your progress in a day) and an few aesthetic tweaks. It’s not a beautiful app. But both are minor concerns.

It would be great if the weekly / monthly
views showed the averages instead of totals.
Also, the graphs should always show a value ,i.e. a small indication of the size on y-axis. Currently, they are just abstract bars.

A nicer way to see data from the Apple Health app but does allow entry of some data too; where it does so, it is easier to enter here than in the Health app. I’ve not worked out what determines what can be entered here but find cycling, weight and swimming can while workouts can’t. Well worth the modest one-off cost.

Purchased several of these health apps, specifically for use on Apple Watch.
But so good on iPhone too, can collaborate data from your Apple Health app and you can customise what you see including graphically and data units and lists.
Really great app that works so well on iPhone and Watch, way better than others I tried.
