I used to love this app but it now crashes just seconds after opening. I've even tried deleting and reinstalling but it doesn't work at all. I'm quite sad about this.

I love this app but unfortunately it has stopped working. I have contacted but not had a response.
I have been using this app from about June Last year, loved it and try to use it regularlty and always use the pre app run as works really well. Following the last update it not longer works.
I was looking into good yoga apps for stress and anxiety relief, as well as a good form of flexibility...
TrackYoga is easy to use and straight forward anyone at any level within their yoga journey.
You really do get a lot for a download here - sure, you still have the usual option to 'upgrade' to a paid version, but you can work through your yoga with no real pressure to do this. The only criticism I can find is the fact that you do get the odd 'curveball' a move that takes you by surprise.
But, a personal yoga tutor available over chat to guide you through it and the way the program builds up difficulty as you progress, this is a fault that I can ignore!
As a middle aged chap with something of a spare tyre, this is the best yoga app I have found for gently and regularly building up flexibility and practice. I have tried other apps and felt a bit defeated even with the beginner classes - this is the by far the best set of classes I have found to ease me in and hopefully get me fitter and less stressed! Thank you.
I previously left a review saying I can't log in but after updating to the latest iOS I don't have this problem and can use this amazing app. I like how it guides you through different poses.
The sequences are great - soothing and well explained. I've never been more motivated to practice yoga daily.
This is a great app! Motivating and instructional. The sessions can easily be included in a daily routine. Feeling fitter already!
I never write reviews. The fact that I'm writing one for this yoga app goes a long way to explaining how useful it has been to me.
I injured my back recently, putting me in a lot of pain and out of action for a while. Once the pain began to ease I downloaded the app with the intention of using it a couple of times a week.
Due to the massive positive feedback my body gives me after practicing, I now do a minimum of two classes per day (total 20-30 mins).
I'm absolutely hooked! The voice over is calming, reassuring and informative. The video is also fine, but with yoga it is only really useful with new poses as concentration on your own body is more important.
You also have the option to speak to a Personal Yoga Instructor via direct messaging. The response times are pretty good, 1-2 hours, and the insight that they offer is invaluable.
One of my favourite things about the app is the ability to earn 'kriya points'. These points allow you to unlock otherwise costly classes and are earned by completing any class (including the free ones). I believe it is one point for every 10 minutes practice.
So the reason that I haven't awarded 5 stars? I've been doing this for about 4 weeks now, with minimal days off, but I have literally just been awarded the 25 session badge. I have probably completed closer to 50. The app doesn't always recognise that you have finished a session and award you the correct amount of kriya points. Very frustrating.
Overall, I'd recommend this app (already convinced my partner to start practicing with me despite her long hours at work) to everybody. The classes are varied and no experience is necessary. We will have to wait and see if it allows much progression as the highest level classes currently available are beginner-intermediate.
Either way, for a free app, it has helped me to recover from an injury quicker than expected. Thank you TrackYoga! 😊👍
Really nice app for getting into yoga! Clear instructions and easy-to-follow videos. It's also great that this app has the option to just earn points and unlock videos if you don't want to pay to unlock them 😊
