All scanned labels and parcel details have been deleted. When trying to scan a label it scans correctly and then disappears.
No way of tracking returned parcels unless speaking to customer services directly.

Unable to register using email address, salutation field goes red then prevents registration!
Very unreliable, it decides when it wants to give you delivery information. Can’t run a business with this type of app 😡
1. No way of copying the tracking number from the ‘my parcels’ summary page? - this is very important, please add this functionality.
2. You are using some whacky font for the numeric ‘0’ on your PDF labels. This character is not recognised as the digit ‘0’ in eBay tracking. Please use ‘0’. Because there is no way to copy the tracking number from the summary page, copying from the PDF provides an invalid tracking number.

It illogical, buggy. You can’t delete old packages.
It gets no better with the updates.
This app was very reluctant to download, once it finally did I then had a battle to register. I tried deleting, reinstalling etc, but no, unfortunately this is just a terrible, glitchy app.
Very incompetent and unprofessional. App is buggy and not helpful when things are getting bad, like when the parcel is lost.
Useless if you try to manage a parcel undelivered!!! No contact number for complaint.
Took my item to a collect + store the same day I got my item due to it not fitting . The company I bought from , END clothing has a policy of returns that all refunds must be made within 2 weeks. It has been 16 days since your van collected it from the store and it still has not been delivered . I fear I will not be given a refund of any kind due to your poor delivery as service despite you claiming that my package will be delivered within 3-5 business days... so thank you for my loss of money.
Great app to keep track of your parcels , service has been fast ! far superior to other carriers during the pandemic- Thank you Collect+ , I would recommend to everyone!
A hopelessly clunky App. I couldn’t register or sign in, search didn’t recognise my tracking number.
And then send back to the supplier. Terrible service
App doesn't correctly detect screen size/aspect ratio, so devices like iPhone SE can't display the bottom part of the tracking history - making it utterly pointless!
More testing required.
Can’t log in unless I state lost password. Doesn’t even give an error message! Get new password that works on a web browser and not in the app!
The tracking now doesn’t show properly on an iPhone, you can’t scroll down! So annoying as it was fine before the update!
Very easy app to use
When I haven’t had any open orders for weeks, i really don’t want continual notifications that there’s a collect plus store nearby.
Even if I’ve got an open order waiting drop off, I already know where the store is before placing an order.
Can this functionality be removed please. It doesn’t offer any value to current or previous users

Ok nice idea badly implemented. Too much effort of advertising and offers and less on functionality.

Wasted time installing this crappy app. Keeps sticking at checkout stage.
Great app and saves carrying around receipts. Would like to see a personal note feature added so can keep a small recorded of the item that has been returned.

After 5 attempts to register I finally got the verification email however the information shown in the app is completely false. It says my parcel will be delivered today but the whole day no driver showed up. Having called the customer service they told me the parcel is scheduled for delivery on Monday!!! What’s the point of this app? Avoid using this service. Completely unreliable and rubbish.
It’s odd that this company has any decent reviews considering their conduct. First attempt to use them, they failed to deliver the parcel, which was marked as okay to leave safe, and now have immediately started shipping it back so my family won’t get their Christmas presents. On the app it’s clear they only tried to deliver once but on the phone they chose to lie and claim three delivery attempts had been made. Worse than useless - should be shut down.
My first click and collect I thought would be as easy as the Amazon equivalent but it's a joke. I got notified that my item off eBay had arrived on Monday and they're not going to send a code until Friday! I feel sorry for the shop as it's a tiny corner store,I have 2 other items going & I'm off for a week. They hold the items for 7 days (on top of the 5 it takes for them to send a code). I only downloaded the app thinking I'd be able to see my items etc but it's a nightmare and aimed more at sellers/senders than the recipients. I'll never opt for click and collect as it's quicker if it goes to the postal depot and I can fetch it the next day. Terrible service that's in need of a reboot where the sender can get codes sent. He was good enough to try and speed things up but no luck as the codes are nothing to do with eBay. Seems I just have to wait for the code even tho I can see my item every time I go to my local shop...pfft :/
Downloaded this app as I had 5 parcels coming click and collect that I needed ASAP but was working, so I wanted to track them all so I could then nip out of work to collect them all. In the morning they where all down as expected today. One was delivered in the morning, so I waited for the others thinking they would maybe arrive in the afternoon. Nothing. And when I’ve gone back on the app today, one says ready for collection, one says misrouted, and all the information it said on the other 3 has disappeared so don’t know what’s going on with them. Just pointless when you can’t trust the information they provide
Downloaded the app and could not complete the registration process. An email to app support was answered and sorted right away. Great service!
Not sure what the app does, everything I click takes me to an external web page. Pretty pointless design. Uninstalled.
Seemed good to start with but when trying to send a parcel I select the address and then get an error message that I have not selected address so I can’t go any further. Frustrating!
Tried to register on the app but, no matter what format I use, my mobile number is rejected. Tried to use the in-app feedback but I just get a message saying that something has gone wrong!
Since most of my online shopping is with ASOS this app is useless to me. If never scans an ASOS label that is enclosed with the parcel. Fed up of typing in the number. Works fine for Pretty Little Thing though! I’m using iPhone X. Have deleted and reinstalled app but it doesn’t make any difference.
I’m pleased to see the app has been updated for the iPhone X. A useful app that I use quite a lot, and also it now looks good on the iPhone X larger and more higher resolution screen.

Hi there. I can’t sign in to use the app because the verification email won’t send. I have tried multiple times and checked my junk folder and tested my emails are receiving correctly. When it works I will give it a true rating as I’m sure it’s a good app based on other feedback👌
This app is great especially when returning a parcel. Easy to use and keeping track of the parcel is easy.

Very useful. All I do is scan my barcode (I printed out an extra one to keep at home). And it updates me on exactly where my delivery is.
Very disappointed in this company.
The very 1st time I used them was to send an xBox One to be repaired and they have lost my sons xBox. I insured the xBox but despite this they are making it very difficult for me to claim the insurance on it.
I'd avoid at all costs if I had the choice. Where I live is remote so my choices are limited.

Had to make a return to ASOS, created my label here and tracked my parcel successfully and on time.
When I use your app to track parcels I've paid you for delivery I don't expect notifications for stupid competitions. Very poor.
I return a load of items back to amazon and this app lets me scan them and track them on their journey

Very easy to use. Best way to send parcels that you can track delivery. Sent loads of parcels through my eBay sales. Never had a problem. Cheaper than the post office

CollectPlus is a great system but this app is awfull.
Very, very, very slow. App pages don't fit on phone. Ended up having to dump phone and go to laptop where my transaction was fine. Great shame as it promises to make parcel sending 'on the move' easy but doesn't fulfill.
DO NOT update to the latest version...app will sit at the loading screen and not log in!!!
Did you do any testing before submitting the app to the AppStore?
Good app for tracking but signing in is a pain as it doesn't remember passwords and there's no touch ID option.
