I have just awarded this app 5 stars so let me tell you why.
I have a very small business and i require barcodes for my products. I was testing a software package from another tech company. It far exceeded my needs and came at a price. As I am far from being a techie, even somthing fairly simple to someone more knowledgeable can leave me stumped.
My emails to the support team were answered within 48 hours and, in some cases, were very technical and as brief as possible. Not really much help to me.
This piece of kit would have cost me in excess of $250 which I felt was rather excessive as all I wanted to do was generate barcodes from sets of numbers.
Then came the crunch! I live in Kyiv, Ukraine, and travel to my business in London. I have a MacBook Pro and an almost obsolute HP laptop which weighs almost as much as I do. So, my current computer of choice is the MacBook as I don't wish to take both on every trip.
But, I was then informed by customer support that they don't produce a version for Mac, only for Windows.
This prompted me to check out Apple's App Store and I stumbled across this App. I couldn't see any reviews for it, but it cost only £0.99 so the gambler in me decided to risk the money.
I downloaded and opened the App and, initially, some things confused me a little. But this, I was aware, was down to my inexperience, and not the App.
I emailed the App developers and to my surprise and great delight, I received a very courteous reply less than an hour later. I followed the explanation that I was given and the "problem" was solved. I had a couple of additional questions which were also dealt with very promptly.
I simply copied a column of numbers and pasted them into this App and the Batch Number function produced a thousand barcodes, saved to a specific folder, in less than ten SECONDS!
Previously i was having to create them individually.
I don't apologise for the long review because, to say the least, I am delighted with, not only the App, but the excellent customer service. Thank you very much, Kun Mao. I am very grateful to you.
So, if you have need of a Barcode Generator, you would be crazy not to download this one.
