Would be no stars if available ! Appalling company ! Paid for 2 yrs connection to danish tv. I’ve had no service have had so many live chats sent emails constantly, their uninstall reinstall is boring after 6 attempts. Tried various solutions they suggest. No one will ring you just live chat. Spent and wasted so much time, I have now lost the will to live with them. I asked for the money to be returned, as I feel that from last August to now is ample time to sort it !!! To be told ‘as its past the 30 day if your not satisfied with service and cool off I can’t get money back . IVE HAD NO SERVICE !!. Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole !!

I bought SaferVPN a few weeks ago. It doesn’t work the way I expected and paid for. For several websites etc, I have to disconnect it for them to work. My Bank refused to process a Visa transaction as it assumed the card was abroad. Once I switched SaferVPN off, it processed the payment. Rather defeats the purpose. The most annoying thing about SaferVPN is that they never respond to my emails for help. All I get is fluffy survey requests. Don’t buy until they sort it.

Was using ExpressVPN but they stopped allowing BBC iPlayer downloads while I was using the paid app. SaferVPN allowed the downloads but it was painfully slow. Also had issues when I came to cancel the by monthly subscription. I canceled the subscription with iTunes and SaferVPN before the end of the paid month but still got charged for an extra month. iTunes did refund me but it made a bit of a mockery of the cancellation process.

I purchased this service on the month plan, with the intention of using it whilst out of the county. On my return it actives an auto renew that I was not aware of. The second month I contacted the company to be told I didn’t need to cancel as the payment was an error and wouldn’t come out of my account. Not true. On the third month I contacted them and insisted they cancel my account, which they claimed to do. The fourth time I was charged I was told that they had cancelled the account and I had to contact Apple, and finally told me that they couldn’t cancel payment from their end. I am £36 out of pocket, will only be refunded £9 and the service when I used it was pretty poor.

Used app, worked fit for purpose and after trial period, signed up for monthly subscription.
Lost log in, password details and after failing to reset manually, contacted support.
Provided potential email addresses and even last 3 months payment details (all taken from bank acc. On exact same day for almost identical amounts....
Support have now told me they have no record of last payment in June. Despite sending details of this payment , have yet to receive access to app, or had payments returned.
This has now been going on for weeks, appalling way to treat new customer having difficulties, feel fleeced and ripped off!

I have tried to cancel this subscription as every time I go abroad it does not work. I have found by deleting the app and re inserting it, it then seems to be ok. However, unable to get sky sports for the rugby today. Came up unable to stream. I think free UPN could be just as good. I have tried contacting Safer VPN but have had no response. Not good enough for something I continue to pay for. After this holiday I shall be cancelling.
