I’ve been using recolour for years, loved it so much. I redownloaded it more recently, shocked that for some reason there is only one free picture daily? And if that wasn’t enough, you have to watch a video to unlock it as well!

Back when I first had this, there was a wide selection of free colourings and you could unlock the others with a video. They took away the video option a little while later but there were still enough colourings to make the app worth having. These pictures take no longer than ten minutes to colour and one per day is crazy, there used to at least be three free dailies. Once would’ve given this 5 stars.

Since the iOS update (17) I have been unable to complete my pictures.

When I tick it freezes and won’t let me go any further.

I deleted it and reinstalled it but still didn’t work 😫.

So disappointed as I’ve been playing this game since 2016!!

Not free to play

I played this app six years ago and it was so much better. I didn’t pay for it but still managed to access most of the pictures through ads. Now you can’t access the majority of the pictures, even ones I recoloured before I can’t access without paying now, and even the free ones can only be accessed after watching an ad. It’d be all well and good if it was remotely well priced but it’s £87 a year for premium!! A joke. Only not 1 star because the colouring mechanics are good.

Nothing to colour!

I had this game a while back and I bought premium which was totally worth it, until it kicked me out because I was too young. Now that it’s let me back in everything's locked or you have to watch a really long ad. This is because when I was kicked out of the game I cancelled premium like anyone else would. It’s so annoying as the game was really good before. They’ve just ruined it by making 95% of the game all premium. I wish I could enjoy this game again without spending a stupid amount of money just so the game lets me colour a picture and get some fancy colours to use.

I used to love this game

I used to love this game but they’ve changed it so much, I have to wait for hours to get a new pic and I can’t even get the other ones because I have to pay for it, I’m unable to use my own style because more than a half of the colour palletes are locked. Used to be amazing!

I used to have this app downloaded on my old phone and recently re-downloaded it since I forgot why I ever uninstalled it in the first place. It’s one of my favourite colouring apps, you get a lot of colour pallets for free (unlike on other apps), the pictures are fun and the ability to publish them and see other people’s work is really enjoyable.

However a few seconds into opening the app I remember why I uninstalled.

I believe there used to be a system where you could save coins to buy premium artwork to colour, plus there was plenty of free art you could get for just watching ads. Now it is horrendously restrictive.

You get roughly 2 pieces to colour a day, you don’t get to pick which ones, you just have to hope the daily art is something you’re interested in colouring and there’s a multiple hour wait in between each piece. I’m not even talking like 2-3 hours - it’s more than that. Not to mention if you leave it too long and miss a piece, the ‘free daily’ turns into a premium-only piece and you miss out on it completely. Other than these pieces, almost EVERY piece on the app is premium and there’s no way to work towards unlocking or accessing these unless you pay pretty much £30 a month. For a colouring app.

If the membership was cheaper I’d definitely consider but it doesn’t feel at all like good value for money, and I also don’t particularly want to fund the newer, greedier monetisation system when the old one worked perfectly fine. Yet another app that has fallen into the modern app hole of getting more and more insidious with their monetisation schemes to the point where a chunk of the user-base leave or eventually cave and pay, albeit unhappily.

It’s very disappointing as I’ve never found another colouring app that was quite as good as this one, any that come close are ALSO heavily packed with micro-transactions or an unreasonably priced membership.

I’m lucky I came back to the app during pride month as there were a fair amount of free pieces to colour because of it, and I appreciate the developers not trying to profit off of pride month in the way other companies tend to by making these pieces free. But now that I’ve made it through these pieces I’ll probably uninstall again as there’s nothing for me on the app now. I’m not waiting hours every day to *maybe* get a piece I’d like to colour.

Okay so…I did the free trial for Recolour and it was really good! I loved it but then said trial ended and I couldn’t afford to subscribe so my premium end. And honestly, it’s ridiculous! Losing my old account

I’ve had this app for 6 years and have absolutely loved it but for some unknown reason I lost access to my old account around 6 months ago.

As such I was forced to create a new one I’ve been trying to access my original account again but I fear that if I disconnect for my new account I will lose that as well I was wondering if it is at all possible to merge my two accounts or even recover the data from my 1st one.

App itself is good and runs smooth but… once you’re done with a colour you should be able to lock it so you can pick the next colour. For the amount of money you pay monthly for this app, the developer should do something about that issue. I like the game at first but as I started to finish some of the pictures that you need to which adds for, you need to pay for them. And there is more than half percent of them that you need to play to play for. It’s not even cheap. Your need to pay £8.49 per DAY. £29.49 monthly. And then it totals up to £87.99 a YEAR. I’m not paying that much just to colour in pictures. Although, some of the pictures are nice that you can actually do. Kinda recommend.

Disappointing.

I have to say the graphics and colours are very pretty but there way too many problems with this which is very disappointing.

The most pretty colours are of course vip. I guess it’s fair I get to have a couple colour pallets AT LEAST. Also, the amount of vip pictures IS INSANE AND ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I don’t even get why this app is free? Literally 99.9% of the pictures are vip and the ones that are actually available of course have ads so you can access them. I think I saw like only 3 free pictures.

In my opinion, if you’re not going to make the app actually “playable” or “usable” for most people who don’t like paying for apps then don’t. make. the. app. free. It’s pointless and a whole SCAM. Making everything VIP is only going to repel people from downloading the app. NOT attract. Every developer these days is HUNGRY for money. We get it. You want money from your app. Fair enough. But it’s just too much.

Of course, this is still the developer’s decision, but I definitely wasted my time and didn’t even get to enjoy any fun colouring.

One last thing, I think the option to use my apple pen for every colour would be convenient and more fun!

I downloaded this app thinking it would be really run and addictive - it got such good reviews! But when I went on to the app, I couldn’t find a single artwork that I could use without Recolour premium. I was really disappointed and want to know if anyone has got past all the premium ones.

Many pros… and cons, but still get this game!

Thanks for reading my review. Here are pros and cons, however overall I recommend getting this game! 👍👍👍

Pros:

This game is good fun most of the time. It’s the only colouring app I have played that lets you pick which colours you choose and where they go. This gives you so much freedom in everything! For example, if you pick a picture of a person, and it is a normal colouring app, you don’t get to choose their skin tone, eye colour, hair colour, clothing colour, etc. So this game lets you choose everything! I love how you can post pictures and show other people, and like other peoples art. People can comment really nice things and generally it’s super fun! I love that feature, and this is the only app I have played that has it. I also like the daily photos you can colour, and the fact you can upload your own pictures and colour them too.

Cons:

Tbh, if you don’t have premium, there are a lot of downsides to this app. I have never purchased premium, as I don’t want to waste money, but if you do have premium, you can access all colours, photos and filters. Right now, I can only access around 3-5 pictures to colour in one day. And if you don’t have Premium, you can’t upload many pics on your gallery either cuz there’s a limit. AND, even though there is the premium feature, you still have to watch ads to unlock a picture, out of the limited ones you can.

Overall,

The game is fun tho, I just thought I would honestly talk about what I like and dislike. Please please pleeease start letting more free pictures be available to those that don’t want to pay. Before an update, there was a whole section of free pics, and I know you need to make money, but we can barely play at all without paying. I don’t mind so much about colours and filters, that’s fine, but if there are very limited pics we can colour, it’s hard to play this fun game. I do love the gallery feature so pleas keep that it is soooo fun!

Just let us colour more pics for free!!! We don’t mind watching ads to unlock them! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏☺️

There is no point.

honestly this made me want to cry. there was only like 5 free pics, if i could even say that! I was hoping to find this app cheaper than colourfy, BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING?! How is it meant to be relaxing. But also,i am a kid, so i cannot afford to pay these stupid subscriptions for a colouring app! Please actually make this app useable and i might actually say its good. btw i deleted it after 5 minutes. Please fix the issues as and make your app playable. Edit: THERE ISNT A FINGER MODE?! (a mode where you can do free painting while swiping anywhere on the screen) Response: there are very few options for the crayons, and maybe there used to be 4 free images a day, but there really isn't. Over a hundred free images? maybe if you divided that by 10 and then 2 you might just be correct. call me picky but this just isn't a good app. Peace out

My review

Although this colouring app is a great app, and I would give it 5 stars but unfortunately the price you have to pay is ridiculous for a colouring app. I used to pay for this app a few yrs ago but back then it was manageable monthly payments. £30 a month is a-bit nuts and to top it off you have to watch a advert before you can get a free picture. It’s sad that the developers have done this. This is such a good app! So I haven’t used this app for some time. I would give this app more stars if it wasn’t so expensive.

It’s actually stupid At this point

Ok so. This game used to be great. I didn’t mind having to watch a video or go to the allocated ‘free section’ to colour in a picture. However, they have now gotten rid of the free section and now you have to hunt down the pictures that are free amongst the premium ones! I can also see that some pictures that used to be free are now premium! There are about like 2 free pictures in each category and the new ones are always really boring. I love colouring in portraits or families but now practically EVERYTHING costs money I don’t see the point in playing. I am not going to uninstall in case they update and I don’t want to lose my previous images from when there were lots of pictures to choose from. It’s also incredibly laggy and will crash all the time, which deletes whatever you are working on. Which as you can guess is greatly frustrating. Please do something about this, it really isn’t a free game if you can’t play without paying money.

Worse than before

Just recently re-downloaded this game after a few years and It’s so much more restricted than it used to be! You used to have various free pictures that you could access without ads, daily frees and ones you could access with ads. To say the least, they’ve abolished access to free photos without ads, and generally there seems to be only a few that you can access with ads? Complete and total money grab. Just really disappointing that a game I used to play to unwind and relieve stress has become so restricted on the photos available to colour. Paying premium yearly costs more than insuring an omega watch. Bonkers.

With more accessible photos, this game would be slightly redeemable.

Great but needs improvements

This app is amazing! It has lots of interesting templates and the people on there are so supporting! It really annoys me that if you are not a premium user of this app (I am not a premium user) when you import a photo, you can only colour it in with the basic colours, and they don’t even include skin tones! This is very irritating, please fix this problem. Also, there are not many templates for non-premium users, but there is a daily one!

In conclusion, I would say that this app really is great, but they need to make sure that even you don’t use the premium version, you should still have fun on this app and use it well.

Edit: I have quite a few followers and was REALLY happy with my account but now I have been logged out of it. I went on today and it asked me to sign in again so I did and it said that my account has been disabled which I am mad about. Recently I had write down some tips for the app to help my followers and people and uploaded them onto the app and coloured it and posted it and I have done this four times after it kept disappearing from my gallery this may be why it has happened. I don’t get why it was took down though as it didn’t include anything rude or inappropriate etc I may have to make a new account but it might not be possible which I am upset about I will still be able to colour just not post 😭

I noticed that during the last month you posted old pictures which I coloured some years ago. It’s not fair to people who subscribed and pay money weekly,monthly or yearly (like me).

Also,there are so many people who doesn’t follow community guidelines,such a teenagers who writing in comments how they argued with mom or sister. I love it but reasently....

Soory for any future spelling mistakes I’m dyslexic ( I struggle with reading and writing ) anyway I love love love this app I always use this like every day it’s really good no add or anything like that and there is a new picture every day I never get bored of this there’s always something you can do even with out spending money to get all of the pictures to colour in I haven’t spent any money and I’ve been on this app for 2 years!!!!

This app is good but...

I love Recolor it is a really fun app but i wish everything was free. I liked the app more before the update when you could unlock any picture you wanted with coins or watching an advert. It was a much more enjoyable game and I constantly wanted to play it. Now I still like playing the app but not as much.

I downloaded Recolor a couple of years ago when everything was free and I had so much fun with it my phone then updated and I was quite upset to see that you have to pay for all of the other colouring pages except from the free ones and the three new ones you can get. I then uninstalled it and I downloaded it again a couple of weeks ago the update is still the same (unfortunately) but the colouring pages you can colour are nice.

I wish the game didn’t update but it’s still enjoyable.

(Edit) you can get free pictures at 7 am 1 pm and 7 pm but I think 7 am is to early as I have missed out on some really nice colouring pages so i think that if most colouring pages are locked let the times be more suitable for everyone

Really cool but one thing...

Recolor is the best app, you can really use this to get creative if you are bored but sometimes it gets to annoying. When you want to color a picture sometimes it can be locked and you have to buy it. I just ignore it and wait for the other picture to come out. On the other hand, when you want to add shadings to your picture to make it more realistic, sometimes you have to pay for it again which seems annoying to some of us, if you have this trouble you can mix colors together so you don’t have to pay for it. I would say that recolor is not so detailed, so when you enter the app and start to color you have two options: Draw with a shading brush or draw with a plain brush. I would DEFINITELY change that and make more of those brushes!

Pointless updates

I’ve had this game for a long time (about 2 years)and it’s always been an enjoyable experience, and I especially loved that it was so easy to get coins and unlock pictures, however, recently it was updated and now you have to pay for any pictures that aren’t the first to come up. The coins were a lot better and gave the user a better experience. But the drawings are still good quality and good to colour in. If it’s possible, bringing the coin system back would draw in a lot more users and people would come back I hope you might reconsider this instead of making people pay a very large amount of money a week for these other pictures. Overall enjoyable app, would be a 5 star if it still had coins. Kindest regards

Don’t waste your time

I use to have this app around a year or two ago and deleted it because of the new update where it restricted free users and made the subscription ridiculously expensive. Of course we are now all bored in quarantine so I figured I’d download it again, unfortunately there has been no improvement. If you want to use this app to its full extent, then you must pay approximately £10 a week, for a millionaire that may be fine but the fact is the majority of the world are “working class citizens” and as a “working class citizen” I don’t appreciate how costly the price is for this app. Quite frankly it is discrimination against poorer people and it’s rude. I’ve seen the replies that you’ve given other people and it’s completely ludicrous, we know that it costs to run a company! We aren’t a bunch of six year olds! However if you lowered the prices maybe more people would buy your subscription! If you bother to reply then please give me and the rest of your customers an honest answer before they leave too.

Update broke the app

This was one of my favourite apps. And my iPod never had enough storage to update it, I rarely use my iPod, so I decided to clear some space, only then it automatically updated and it completely broke the app. I’m scared if I uninstall it and reinstall it, I will loose my account. And loose my followers, because I’ve only started using it again, let all them know I’m back, i don’t wanna let them down... my posts before where posted almost 3 years ago. But before it broke, it was a good app. (Forgot to say why I’m scared to uninstall: I don’t remember how I logged myself in, was it Facebook? Email? And I can’t even check because it broke, and what password did I use?)

Great app with crazy subscription price

This is one of the better colouring apps. It has loads of cool designs to colour and some neat extra effects too, but the free features are extremely limited and the premium subscription is around £30 per month. That's just crazy. I don't know how the developers came up with this price. To get the most of the app you would need to spend a lot of time using it, but to afford it you'll need to get another part time job. I would happily pay £6 or £7 a month, but their pricing is just silly. I'm sticking with Pigment, which is a better app and much more reasonably priced......

UPDATE: The developer response does not change my opinion and I'm actually quite insulted by it. I'm not stupid, I know that apps cost money to develop and maintain and I'm not against subscriptions as a rule. My problem is with the extortionate cost. £30 a month is far far too expensive. I will have happy colouring, but it will be in the much more reasonably priced Pigment app....

Great game!❤️But...🙁

💜I love this app a lot and have had it for a few years now, there are many colours to choose from and you can get quite creative with the filters and effects! 💕🤗 🎨however... recently there have been a few changes which I’m disappointed with 🙁

✪ Limited for free users: With out paying £80 a year for premium, there is little you can do with the app, as most of the interesting features you have to pay for.💰

✪The free section is limited: There are very few free pictures to colour in the free section, and they’re ok but not as nice as the pictures you have to pay for

✪Daily pictures are inconvenient: The new dailies are only available for a short limited amount of time which is extremely inconvenient as some people do not have the time to claim the photos before they are locked forever⏰

It would be really great if you could change at least one or two features to make the app more accessible and enjoyable! 💖 but apart from those points, a great app! ⭐️💞

From amazing to terrible😭😭

Sooo... I used to LOVE this game. I would play it every day for a few hours, sometimes more. It was a fun, creative, just overall great game. You would have the premium option where you could have all the pictures, or just go free and be able to unlock pictures by watching a video. I was happily playing for over a year, But then the game updated and you could only do the newest 3 pictures. Even that was bearable. But then it updated again, causing you to only be able to colour the 1 newest pic. This has really annoyed me and now the app is pointless. We are literally *forcing* people to pay a stupid weekly price just to play the game. This has caused the developers to lose A LOT of people and it has taken away all the enjoyment from the game as some people don’t have the kind of money to pay masses for one game. I have also finished all of the free ones, so don’t go asking me to colour them again. Please bring back the old version or at least make a way to colour pics without having to pay.

Awesome app!

I have had this app for ages now and it is relaxing and fun. I used to use it every day, but now not so much. I just wanted to explain why.

I bought the ‘’unlock everything’’ pass for something like $72, and yes, I did buy it for forever, which is a lot! I was playing for months, and then I went back on normally, and it wasn’t letting me get the locked ones. I thought it was a glitch, so I reloaded it. Still no! I went onto a free one, and it wasn’t letting me use the colours. (metallic, and all the others) I got really sad and decided that I should take a break from it in case something like that happens again. Great app, very few glitches! I hope you can Change some of this soon! Okay, I edited this again a few months later. I re downloaded the premium forever, and, again, it disappeared. I was very upset. Please fix this.

My fav game 😊

OMG! This game is to amazing. I had it 2 yrs ago when I didn’t have a phone. I had it in my dads phone. And I deleted it off his phone when he ran out of storage. I was rlly sad ☹️ 😂. I was stupid and forgot the name!! 😂 so I downloaded an app called colorfy thinking it was the right app. I realised a lot of things changed until I watched a yt vid of top 5 adult colouring games. Disappointed with feedback response

Hi Recolour, this was a great app when I first started using it, but like many of your recent reviews, I am not too keen on the changes. I definitely, no matter how rich I was, would ever pay your extortionate subscription fee, however, would like to thank you for all the functions available with the free app.

But the removal of the coin system and the limited time to claim the free daily pic seems to have caused quite a lot of upset and your response is a bit lame. The whole issue people have is THEY ARE UNABLE TO CLAIM THEIR FREE PICS BECAUSE THEY ARE AT WORK/SCHOOL/NOT RULED BY THEIR PHONES. So your suggestion to claim the picture when it is available is missing the point of people’s complaints. Please understand this and either change the process, or just be honest and confirm this is just a way of pushing people to subscribe!

Not happy😢

WHY did you take away the free coins! And now only one of the daily pictures are free! Just bring back the tokens for ads thing and maybe people will reconsider leaving. You should see all the comments on pictures about it I’m only 10 I can’t pay all that money neither will my parents.

It was GREAT BUT............

So I LOVE this game and I don't really mind if I miss a drawing or two BUT then I was like 😱😆😃I can make a account with my email password and name then I was like YESSSS then I got a picture and did a little comment on my art then I did the publish to the gallery button and then it said verify you email I did it click on like it said 'you account is accessed'and then I was like YESS did the same thing get the painting do comment and then I hit publish and it didn't work then I did like 3 more emails then I block me and said it was it was a weird behaviour and it probably though I was a robber so...........PLEASE let me get my account to post my drawings!many thanks

Amazing but.....

Please read: I LOVE this app it’s absolutely amazing. However there is something you could add to the app which would make it even better; you could add a talking or messaging part to it because most of the time I would like to ask people for ideas but I can’t. I know a lot of people would like to be able to message people through the app as well so I think it would be a very popular and helpful addition to the app. But I do think the app is amazing. Limited pictures!

I used to love this game, unfortunately it has changed, instead of being able to get “locked” pictures by watching a video you can only colour the “free” pictures without paying £4 per week which may not sound like a lot but it does add up! Otherwise you have a limited amount of free pictures which I personally do not think are very good, so I hope that recolour see this and change it because almost all of the people I have talked to about it are the same, I would love if you changed it back, if so this game would be five stars indefinitely! If you have a problem with this sort of thing then I would suggest getting colour therapy which used to be second best but since this new update is much better with more free stuff! Have a nice day

I used to love this game it was the best colour game Ive ever used but recently you nearly have to pay for everything!!!When I looked at the new stuff this morning I was shocked to see that on the new tab you can only pick the one that says free in green and I couldn't just click on it and colour it it said I needed to watch video first!!! IT JUST GOT WORSE😤😡

It started off ok really. You had to watch a video for the premium pictures and a video for the free pictures (weird).And then it all changed........ There was no way of getting the premium pictures (that sounds quite sensible really) but no; only about 12 pictures out of the thousands that are there are available for people without premium. You could get the three new pictures that were put on there for free every day but they weren’t the best. I was sooooooooooooo annoyed about this that I was on the verge of deleting this app. But no; they just had to make it even worse by making each new picture only available for a few hours this meant that I only got (at the maximum) one per day as I didn’t use this app constantly. I was so disappointed as I really liked this app before the changes😕. I can only see this app getting worse and will not be keeping it.

Oh. My. God. The new update is hot trash, right there. All those new pictures that are added every 24-hours aren’t free to use but one. Not even until the next picture arrives like before the update! Also, when I click on the thing to watch some ads, it says I’ve watched all the ads for today. Supercalafragalisticexpialidocious! I haven’t even watched ONE and it’s already up to it’s brand-new money-grabbing schemes? Recolor, you’ve changed for the worse. You gotta pay to have an account (where you access all the locked pictures which come in everyday, THEY USED TO BE FREE UNTIL THE NEXT FEW CAME) and it just tells you to pay and pay and pay and pay.. It's bad now

I've had this "relaxing" app for a while now it was relaxing once I got the hang of it😂, but I feel like you've ruined it now and your all about the money. I loved it when tokens were available and you could watch an add to get more and colour Any picture but now people who don't have the subscription can only get one picture but we have to watch an add and people who have paid can get everything, go back to tokens or having it so there were 3 pictures for free without having to watch an add... it's just I'm running out of things to colour. I can only colour 1 thing, after watching an add and it's annoyed me I would of given it a 4-5star befor changing it to only 1 free picture. It's not all about the money think about the people you cpuld/might of lost because your only thinking about the money…

Usually great, but recently...

I usually love Recolor as even if you cannot afford a constant membership, there is still much to do and many different pictures to color in. However, with the most recent update, it results in pretty much you only being able to access the latest daily. I have turned on my notifications, however my entire life does not exactly revolve around my phone, therefore I can't always see it to unlock it once it appears. Furthermore, what is the point in the daily saying 'New' if you cannot access it without getting a membership?

Overall, this is a lovely app and I've had it for a long time, and I more or less have had no issues with it, however the most recent update has kind of spoiled it for me, hence the 3/5 stars.

Please could it be possible to perhaps change it back to how it was where all three dailies were accessible during the day until the next one arrived?

Gone Down Hill! 😡🤬

I use to absolutely love this app, I’ve had it for about just over a year now but recently it’s changed so much & has become so limited with what you are able to do! 😡

When I first downloaded it you could gain coins by watching videos which then you used the coins to open pictures, I had over 900 which I kept so I was able to open any pictures I want. A few months ago they got rid of this, it went to watching videos to open the picture - Again I was okay with that as you were able to open as many as you want. Now, to the current date, the free dailies are ONLY available for a few hours before they get locked! Which isn’t fair on people who has school, work, life commitments & aren’t able to get onto the app in time to open the picture! 😡

In all honesty, this app was one of my favourites due to it mostly being free now it’s hardly free at all!

I’m generally thinking of getting rid of it, which is something I didn’t want to do but if I am having to pay for an app? I would rather delete it & look at other colouring apps!

I’ve been using this Recolor app for ages because I liked the fact that you can unlock the pictures by using coins but now I’m quite disappointed that you have to pay monthly or annually to unlock all the pictures which is a LOT of money to pay for...I don’t have much money to pay for that monthly... before it was helpful for me because I could use my own colours without having to pay for anything so now I’m trying to look for several colouring apps to download without having to pay a monthly subscription.

Hopefully in the future you could change it back to how it was with the coins and the adverts. :)

But what's the point?

I've had Recolor for so long and am in love ❤️with it. So addicting 👍and fun! I must say, 👎however, two things:

•After importing a pic, you have to watch an add? Slightly confused onto why that is. 🤷‍♀️

•Why have you locked most of the pics? On the recent news on the app, you stated that you would remove the coin system so all you have to do to get a locked pic is to watch the add. If you watch an add to get it, then I dont see why you just make a lot of the pics locked. Also when you pay to subscribe, (which I am not subscribed) it says that you also pay to unlock all pics but now that's just a waste 🚮 of money 💵💷💴💶💸💲 because you can get the pics free by watching the add. Its just pointless... Just unlock them all.

If you are reading my review and wondering what the app is like, then I can tell you its great fun👍!

And.... I would highly appreciate it if you made it so unsubscribed people like myself had more choice of colours because right now all we have are the boring basic colours, and then our colourings come out looking boring. Even if we use filters, we still have the boring ones. 😞

The crayons are also really hard to use. I wish that you had access to all crayon colours, maybe then unsubscribed players would get more likes and follows.

I love recolor but I have some ideas...

I absolutely love recolor, it is just amazing all over! I do have some ideas for the future which you may want to consider. My first one is that you should be able to create albums or folders for you art gallery and label them so when people visit your gallery, it’s more organised and they can find things easier. For example you could have an album called ‘Flowers’ and inside it are all your flower pictures. My second idea is that you should have organised competitions and I think that 60% of people on recolor would agree with me! Anyway, I love recolor and I hope you like my ideas and consider them.

Awesome game 👍

You should totally get this game. It occupies me on the bus or when I’m bored and is very relaxing. There are new pictures every day and I like how you can still get premium pictures by watching videos, it’s very handy. This is definitely my favourite game!

I have experienced one bug though, and that is for some reason it only allows me to use the free crayons. I haven’t purchased them all, but use the trick many people do where you hold down on the colour in your picture and it then uses that colour as a crayon for you. However, when I try to do this it will not use it as a crayon but it will use it as a solid colour. I find this very annoying as I cannot use my own colour for crayons as I used to and I will be very thankful if you could solve this issue.

Apart from this tiny problem this is a super amazing game and you should definitely download it! By the way, to anyone who is reading this my account is Dizzy_Disney_Girl. Thank you!

Excellent and relaxing

I absolutely think that this app is the best from all other kinds of coloring apps just like this and gets the first reason: you get free pics to color and in other kind of apps u have to watch ads! Which doesn’t help at all and there’s no way you can call it a free picture. Second reason is that you also have free tokens to get pictures that you would normally need to watch and add or get a ‘free trial’ that isn’t even free! And finally the last reason is that there are AMAZING pictures to color and the color pads are the best where you can get any style of your choice! This is why I recommend that recollection is the best calm and excellent coloring game for anyone who wants a game which is fair😊

Great fun!

This is an amazing app! Hardly any glitches AT ALL (from what I’ve experienced) and it is easy to use. I personally don’t have a membership or anything, so I use this app for free, and I still enjoy it tremendously! I do however find the Crayons section for the free aspect of this game a bit limited, but that is the only thing I would change! For example there is no orange, or black, or brown! I get this is the free bit of the game so maybe that’s just me being picky. You can interact with other people and you can share you beautiful art! If you personally don’t want any personal details being shown then you can make yourself completely anonymous. Hope I have helped with any of you who are debating on whether to get this game or not (I would definitely recommend it!).

Brilliant game!

I absolutely love this game! I have had it for over a year and new pictures are uploaded everyday so I never have nothing to colour. I recently decided to create an account so I could publish my pictures and I was really pleased that I did so. However, when someone commented I was unable to say thank you because I have not had an account for 30 days. This really annoyed me as I consider it rude to not say thank you when you are complemented. I understand why this feature has been put in place but they should then provide prewritten messages which says things such as ‘Thanks!’ and ‘Beautiful.’ so that new users that join without malicious intent are able to interact with the Recolor community. It is also annoying that you only get 50 tokens, which means 5 premium pictures. This is a good feature but when you run out you can’t just buy more or wait a while to get 10 more, you have to invest in a premium account, which is very expensive. Overall though, this is a brilliant app which can provide many hours of fun for all ages in my opinion.

Getting better

The first time I downloaded this game it wasn’t great because there we’re hardly any free pictures so I deleted it now I can watch videos to get money to pay for pictures and I think that’s great but I think to make it even better you should let another type eg. vibrant be like the pictures so each time you colour another picture you could pay for the vibrant colours too because the colies you can use now are great but I would love to be able to use more also please get rid of the 30 day comment thing bit overall I love this app and it’s a great time passer and looking at other peoples pictures are brilliant so thanks for making the app.

Really addictive!

This game is awesome! The way that it’s like Instagram where you can follow people, like photos and things like that is so cool. My email verification didn’t come through for a through days but I’d did come in the end. It’s a bit difficult to find how to sign up but if you search in your problem it helps straight away. They different effects, outlines and types of colouring uses (like solid colour, gradient) is really awesome and the fact that you can make your own colours! The way you used token like things to get photos is cool because you don’t have to pay for them. Thai is a really addictive and fun game hat I definitely recommend getting! Hope this helps! 😁

THE BEST COLOURING APP!

I've been using this App for over a year. It's a great way to showcase your creative colouring skills and share them with the world. I'm not a subscriber but can still do so much! You just need to watch a couple of short video ads to receive "coins" to unlock extra pics, but there is a great variety of daily free templates and a good selection in the FREE category. You can also import pictures you find online to colour in as well. The crayons are by far the best feature, but I would recommend you purchase a stylus. It will help you so much!! If you LOVE colouring, then this app is in my opinion, one of the best ones out there!

This is an amazing app and it's my favourite one I have . The people on there are so kind and caring . It's a good app for relaxing and calming after a hard day . You can have a gallery if you'd like , where people can look,like comment and follow you ,but if anyone says something threatening or mean, you can report them and the Recolor manager will deal with it and the mean person will have their gallery put down. You don't have to have a Recolor gallery if you don't want to , them you can just colour pics in and no one will be able to see them . It’s alright

I really like this and there are amazing choices of colour. There’s loads of pictures to choose from and it’s super relaxing.

However, there are a lot of pictures you have to pay for and I’ve seen on adverts to download this app that you can create mandalas which is the main reason why I got this because I was bored but I got in and there was no direct way of showing how to do this. It also says you can publish pictures but again, how would I do that??

It’s great for just colouring in but if you want to personalise the pictures or make your own then I don’t know how you’d do it. And if you do have to pay to do these then please make it clear and say in your adverts. Otherwise, you should download it xx

Okay but..

This game is awesome and you can colour to your herts content but the only problem is that after a while you can’t colour your own picture anymore without getting unlimited, I absolutely hate it when people do that because it entirely ruins the game and limits you from doing the certain fun things like importing your own photos. I absolutely love this app it is one of the best things I have ever downloaded I spend hours on it. I have never had a problem with it and I love all the different pictures you get to colour each day! Fantastic! It blows my mind even now and I have had it for long enough. The privacy is great no one know who you are and everyone is kind. Honestly I recommend this app to everyone who reads this. By it and you could even be friends with me just comment on one of my photos to let me know

Good... But...

This is THE best colouring app available, free to download, lots of pictures and tonnes of features!

When you subscribe, the features you can access go crazy! Create your own colours, use of metallic, sharing your work into the app, receiving likes LOADS of stuff to do!

BUT... And here it is...

If you do subscribe, and you want to follow people, or enjoy being followed and liked NEVER cancel unless absolutely necessary! Although your work is available to republish, you lose everything connected to sharing... People you like, those that like you, all the likes you've learned THE LOT. I didn't recall any warning of this in the app, but i loved watching my gallery grow, until i needed to cancel... Now it's all back to 0.

ANOTHER but, a huuuuge butttt, if you uninstall for any reason, you lose ALL your custom colours! I bought a ipad mostly to enjoy this app with, and i got hit by both 'buts'. Ive been off this for a while, uninstalled off my ipad in dismay, come back on, and although the subscription continues now, i have to remake the colours...

... Of course they're the colours i used all the time... But now I have to recollaborate all my unique special colours

The disappointment I felt with these butts had a huge impact on my feelings about the app, but I've reinstalled it to try and rebuild what I've lost... Of course my intention to get a new ipad comes at the price of losing my colours again, so i may be off again when that happens

This app is fab

I love this app. I have never been able to draw, but love and appreciate colour, so this is the perfect app for me. With arthritic hands, I cannot hold a pencil to write/draw for very long without it getting very painful, but with this app, I can hold a stylus "cack-handed" and tap, gently, without any pain at all. It is very therapeutic and a great way to while away time, especially in waiting rooms, and you get an interesting piece of artwork at the end of it. I am currently having a picture made into canvas wall art, as I could not find anything I liked in 'just' the right colour, for my bedroom. Result!!! And info for a previous reviewer; if u get a problem message whilst trying to publish, log out of your recolor account, and log back in. It worked for me when I had that same issue. Xx

WONT LET ME DO THIS!!!!

Plz read: I have had this app for ages and it is fantastic but only yesterday I actually made an account and posted 5 pictures and got 28 likes however, I tried to upload another later that day but it said u can only up load 5 pictures a-day which I understand it also said try again tomorrow so today o try to like pictures, follow and post pictures BUT every time I try to like pictures it says network error when there is nothing wrong with my connection it is perfectly fine then when I try to follow people it goes straight back to unfollowing which gets me rlly annoyed and that is not just is when I try to post it says something went wrong

WHAT WENT WRONG so to the owners of the app recolour can u plz plz plz sort this out
