"OKOK International" is an application designed to work with smart Bluetooth weight scales and has successfully helped millions of users efficiently achieve their ideal weight! Through this application, you can use a Bluetooth scale to check and manage various health indicators related to weight, body fat, body water content, and muscle. Additionally, OKOK provides weight records, weight trend analysis to document every change, and supports adding multiple family members' weight.

This application is compatible with Apple's "Health" app, and with your authorization, we can synchronize all weight data to your Health app.

Membership Information:

Payment: If you choose to purchase a membership service, the fee will be charged to your iTunes account.

Subscription Renewal: If you choose automatic subscription, your Apple iTunes account will be automatically charged 24 hours before the expiration, extending the subscription period upon successful payment.

Cancellation of Subscription: To cancel your subscription, manually open your Apple device's "Settings" >>> go to "iTunes & App Store" >>> tap on "Apple ID," select "View Apple ID," enter the "Account Settings" page, tap "Subscriptions," and choose to cancel the OKOK membership. If you do not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will automatically renew.

Absolutely by far the worst scales ive used, if i could give 0 stars i would. Im weighing around 88-90kg but when i go on the scales it’s telling me im 45kg then if i go back on its saying 60 odd kilos it’s not accurate by any measure. Constant pop ups and advertising!!

Stopped working after update

My Ledzn scales were perfect with the app but it must have had an update and records weight for 30 seconds my scale only stays on for 15 so doesn’t take a reading. So my scales are no use can you fix that with an update.

This app doesn’t measure 5h1t, just calculates someone numbers depending on weight, age, height, sex… you got it. You can weight a bag o potatoes on it and will give some results.

I encountered a period of about three month where the data was not synced with the health app (mid May 2022 to mid August 2022). Otherwise the app does what is is supposed to do, no issues with connecting with my weighing scale. There is one annoying thing however, why does this app need to present me every morning with an add that loads slow and fills the screen? There seems to be no option to get rid of it.

If the scales you are buying use this app then think again. The scales might be ok but the app is dreadful. Issues and bugs are reported but they don’t do anything about it. Love my scales, work brilliantly. The app is great to when it works. Every 6-12 months or so it logs me out and won’t let me log back in, as it doesn’t recognise my password. The forgotten password facility never works properly - can request a verification code 30+ times before I get sent one. The is no one to email for help, no developer information. App also has episodes where it randomly crashes. Wish they’d sort it out as it is good when it works.

How to avoid immediate crash

The people saying it crashes as soon as you sign up are correct but there’s a solution.

You need to choose metric cm and metric kg for unit settings. Then you’ll be logged in fine and can sync a scale. It all works smoothly and syncs with Apple health app too.

Oh and once logged in you can go settings - unit settings and change to British (inches and stones)

Fantastically poor

As other reviewers have mentioned, it shuts down consistently while setting up making it unusable. I’m amazed it has been allowed in the store. Won’t let me set up a family member on my account as the app closes straight away after pressing the ‘Next’ button. Have installed app, singled up as a new user but as soon as I try to create a profile the app closes. Tried several times, then uninstalled app before reinstalling it again and the same thing happens. The app works when it wants to, logs you out when it feels like it and seems to think a 6ft tall man should weigh 10st, the scales I bought.. let’s just say I can either gain or lose 6 or 7 lbs in less than a minute. 1st time I used seemed fine and correct as it registered the same weight recorded on manual scales, however second time I used it said I lost 10kg in a week! Scales are a waste of time and waste of money.

I can get on the scales 10 times and they will show a different weight each time and the weight can vary as as much as 6kg.

The data it shows on the app is rubbish on other scales I have purchased I’m on the higher end of the perfect weight scale for my height and age etc scale but according to these I’m classed a obese which is incorrect.

Bluetooth pairing crashes

I used this app successfully for about three or four months then it updated, unpaired with my scales and has never worked since. Every time I try to pair it the app crashes. This has not been fixed by the last few updates and is very disappointing. Both this app and my scales are now effectively useless.

Completely wrong.

The scales and app doesn’t work. I had measured my body fat with skin fold callipers and My body percent fat was 18-20 percent. App says my fat percent is 30%, I’m fairly lean and muscular with a cheeky layer of fat around my midriff. My best advice... send the scales back, go to your local gym, ask a personal trainer to take your fat %. They’ll give you sound advice to get you to your goals, stay positive and work slowly but surly to your goals! Don’t take the scales readings at facts! It will dishearten you!

Stop measuring everything except weight

Specifically bought this so it would do my BMI, water, muscle etc and it’s stopped showing anything other than my weight on the scales same with the info on the app.

I was hoping with the updates that the problem would be resolved but no, and there’s no one to contact regarding the issue. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend.

Not measuring data and target weight stuck

I have recently been having an issue with target weight where if I click it, the app closes. I reported this today via feedback but coming to the comments I see that people have complained about this >1yr.

When I weigh myself now the app doesn't record the data - it just times it taking a measurement but no result. The scales no longer even serve their purpose I bought them for.

Good scale and app for the price!

Feels a bit weird when i drink 4 liters a water a day and it says im low on water.

Also it would be nice if I could adjust the weight goal higher. It says that I should be around 74Kg, but what if I wanna be 85 with more muscle mass? No. Can’t do. I think it’s designed for Asians 150cm tall 45kg. :)

I don’t know why my protein levels are low, where it gets it from I doubt that.

But apart from that, its ok for 15 GBP, maybe an apple watch app would be nice too. But that’s just gimmicks. :)

Frustrating and Terrible

I thought this scale was great...for about 5 minutes, then when i weighed myself again right after i was 21lbs heavier and ever since then, deleting, reinstating etc etc has done nothing to fix the problem. The weight on the scales never reflects correctly on the app, also the weight on the scales is constantly all over the place every time i weigh myself (immediately after weighing). The company partially refunded me (as to return I’d have to pay), but i kept the scales and now I’m annoyed i have them.

This app (and the accompanying scales) are dreadful. The app stops syncing with the health app at random times and there’s no way to export the data from the app. as other reviewers have mentioned it also randomly logs itself out of their website. The app won’t display any data if you’re not logged in and they appear to have a habit of resetting users passwords.

I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now with the scales to go with it and for some reason it will not calculate my water mass or v-fat at all it just says “no data” however it has worked for 2 utter members of the house hold. One fault is that when I try to edit my target weight the “Ok” button is so big that I cannot get to the editing buttons.

Any help in this respect would be much appreciated.

Good but won’t let me edit

The latest update has been great. I’ve had very few connection problems from phone to scales. However, it has set my target weight up and when I try to edit this, the app just closes each time. Would be brilliant if I could edit my targets etc!
