Honestly this is app is everything like I'm 11 and I can create budgets save up and 100s of other things now ur probs think then why not put 5 star it's only bc u do have to pay to get premium which for a lifetime premium is £40 which is a bit extreme but this app is still amazing even without premium x

Persistent issues with syncing and no support
I’ve sued this app for several years and really appreciated the multi-currency accounts, categorising, analysis, etc. Sadly, in the last year I have had frequent issues syncing accounts and no it have been nearly 2 months without syncing on several accounts. The customer service support rep keeps saying “we’re working on it” but it’s frankly appalling that this taking as long as it is. And every (non-)update from them is in response to me asking for updates. They are clearly not prioritising this. I don’t think they are investing in systems anymore which is unfortunate.

About Improvements in credit card option
I have paid version. But i have faced this problem We add due date for credit card but we didn’t get any notification for repayment within due dates. I think you need to improve this feature like. We should get notification before 5 days about due payment for credit card.

Great app!
Great app but would like to suggest two improvements please… 1. It would be great to have an option to set default dates for statistics and and record rather than by set month, week etc. I get paid in the middle of the month so would love to be able to set my day one from pay day to see finances clearly. 2. Some payments are for two/three separate categories. It would great to have the option to split them out like other budgeting apps

When it works … I love it
This app is great when it works. But I basically have their help chat on speed dial and every few weeks or so my accounts stop updating within the app. I then must disconnect and reconnect all four of my accounts. 🙄 when I’m not annoyed at this app, I loved using it. Tried adjusting to WNAB, but ended up going with the old fashion excel sheets for budgeting. Tried and true.

This app is very good at arranging information and showing cash flow but I can’t export records on my iPhone and it did not tell me that there was limited iPhone accessibility before purchasing. Disappointed that wasn’t made clearer.

Not sure how this wallet works but I have received a payment in the app and am trying to sync my accounts with it and for some reason I can’t.. I can’t even transfer what I have from it to another account or from another account to this can somebody please help me.. the company that told me about this Wallet is saying I have to pay a lump sum jus to get access to transferring can some one explain this to me 😣😣😣

Great for duel currencies
I split my time between the UK and France, and have a bank account in both countries. This App links to both with no difficulties. I’ve only been using it for a few days, but so far so good. Pros- looks great, I like label feature. Cons: Still struggling to sort out budgets. Doesn’t link with my savings accounts so I’ll have to enter these manually. Can’t split a transaction between catalogues. But still loads better than Banktree. Two days later: even more impressed. Budgets sorted! Great seeing transactions for all accounts and cards on same page. No more logging in to every account.

Great app for personal budget
The app is incredibly well designed. Bank sync works very well. The web version and the mobile version are very good. You can create automations (called rules) through the website. The budgets are very customisable and give you a great idea if you are doing well that month.

Beware of fraud!
They send emails offering a lifetime subscription for the cost of an annual subscription, but when you click on the link you only buy the annual subscription. I contacted support and according to them I should contact Apple for a refund.

Amazing but with some improvements ahead
I have been using it for the past 4 years now, truly enjoy this app. I have a lifetime license and I don’t regret.
I would like to suggest that the open banking connections are more reliable, should last for 3 months but here and there it losses the connection and then when I try to connect back I always struggle with a black screen, having to try at different times in different devices until I manage it to go through and connect again.
Overall a solid app to track your expenses and 100% recommend it

Problem in syncing the bank
One of my bank account keep saying I need to refresh the account. When I press it it just leads to a blank page of bank authentication. I have to unsync and resync over again which leads to duplication of account. It is a really annoying process.

Good app, but really bad bank sync
The app is cool and really useful. But the 3rd party service they use to sync the bank data using open banking is really cr*p: it fails most of the times, and when it works it’s really slow to sync.

Used to be great
I continue to have to contact the service centre for them to do some back end process as my banks accounts stop being updated with transactions. My bank balance is ok but I cannot see new transactions.
This is an ongoing issue and since I have had the app I have had to email them every second month to fix the issue. This time round they have not even bothered to answer emails, I’ve sent 3 now and they claim to respond within 72 hours which clearly they have not hence this negative review.
It’s a shame but I don’t see myself continuing with this product as once they have your money it another story of tough luck as a customer.
Sorry but I can’t be positive anymore.

Feature rich but has a few niggles
This app is feature rich. I like the way you can link transactions between synced and manual accounts. The bank sync is regularly buggy and support can take a long time resolving issues.

Do not buy premium
I have been using the app as a free user for about half a year now and finally decided to pay for the premium lifetime plan so I can sync my bank account.
Initially, there seemed to be no problem syncing wallet with my bank account. However, after 30 mins or even more than that, I was still on the “connecting to your bank” page and it just kept loading forever. I have tried disconnecting and connecting to my bank account again but wallet still would not work.
9/10 if you’re a free user
1/10 if you paid for premium

Great layout and information
I love the layout of the information and the customisation options to add, move or remove things.
I had a small issue connecting to my bank but the support team were helpful in getting it resolved ASAP.

Too many defects
It looked like the app that I wanted, but I couldn’t get it to sync with my bank. After a week or so of messaging support back and forth, they told me to use the website to sync. This worked. But then it found a debit record from my account and there was no way to change it to a transfer record to my savings account. I gave up. It looks good, but it’s not finished.

Almost 5 star!
Wallet has been a huge help to me in working out what I need to live on. I am approaching retirement and now I can see exactly where my money is going.
There are still one or two glitches that crop up from time to time but their Customer Service always addresses them - perhaps not always as quickly as would be ideal, but they do work to resolve problems. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars!

The entire app has broken down
I had this app in sync with all my bank accounts, however for the last 6 months the synchronisation has not been working. When contacting support I received a reply after a MONTH that they are working on it. Ever since I have not heard back nor has anyone provided me any update on my support ticket. I cancelled my premium and now I want to delete all the data in the app. Every time I try to do that the application crashes. Used to be a good product, but when support doesn’t bother to reply to premium paying customers why bother having this app.

Just missing one thing to be the perfect app
Everything is great and exactly what I want apart from the fact you cannot edit nor add categories. You can only use its default main category and subcategory, only allowing user to add sub-subcategory. Please if you can improve on that then I will be on the subscription the next second. Thanks

Overall Great
The way the app works is great. I get a lot of freedom even for the free version (I’ve been using it only for a couple of days but it’s been great). The only thing that bothers me is that every day I have to log in again with my Apple ID which is annoying but after being logged in for the day I can use the app freely.

Overall ok
I switched from MoneyWiz to Wallet a few months ago. Wallet has definitely better UI, but... There are some issues which make it difficult to use the application and I’m considering to switch back to MoneyWiz (despite this awful UI).
1. I cannot search/filter through the data. If that would be implemented it will solve issue with scrolling in order to find a certain expense.
2. Why I cannot analyse the monthly/annually expenses by Payee?
3. Payee - There should be an array which holds all the payees used in the past. So by typic first two-three letters it would suggest the payee. It is actually quite simple function to implement.
4. For last three months your “Help” inside the application doesn’t work. Are you planning to fix it?
5. The accounts on iOS - I have 8 accounts added and it’s quite difficult to scroll each time to get to a certain account. Maybe it would be easier to draw 6-9 accounts on the main screen, where is of them is clickable and leads to the account?

Used to LOVE this
This was an amazing app back when I could create n track multiple savings goals as that’s what I need most help with. Was so great seeing it go up in percentages and have all your goals neatly in one place, however since this feature was removed I shortly deleted the app and I don’t really see what sets it out from others that are similar. Would love for this to be brought back I haven’t been able to find anything that works as well as that did for goal tracking.

Revolut sync broken. Support doesn’t reply.
It syncs to Revolut and shows up as the first option when you link a bank. But the sync is broken: not all transactions show up. This is not a Revolut bug, since Emma syncs transactions perfectly fine.

Blown Away
I’ve tried about ten other similar applications in the last week and every one has big gaps in functionality (or big bugs). Wallet is the best app, hands down.
* Supports multi currencies and all of my bank accounts
* Automatically tags transaction categories - 80% accuracy (4-5 times better than the other apps)
* Supports manual accounts, scheduled transactions, etc.
* Most importantly, it’s being actively developed

Problem
Got a problem, + button is obscured by (more) button, so cannot add entries to my spend. Needs + button moving to another area of the screen, otherwise app. Is great.

App’s alright, but the support is fab!
Tried downloading the app and bought the premium subscription option available, but found that I didn’t like it too much, so cancelled subscription and deleted the app.
But the staff member I contacted (Jana, her name was) was helpful and was able to issue me a refund within a few minutes of me emailing her, and was very polite in her email.
Not the app for me, personally, but good if you need a hand with budgeting or if you need to keep track of expenses.

Good concept, bad support
Good concept app but support is horrific. Takes approx 2 months each reply, been waiting 6 months for my premium to be added back... contacted support on various methods to no avail. Premium quite costly so don’t just want to repurchase. I imagine there is better apps out there.

Bugs and no support even for subscribers
1. Lost transactions on bank sync (40% of them)
2. Duplicate transactions after bank sync (solved)
3. Decimals created automatically if you use 2 currencies (0.01 added or deducted from the transaction if you try to create records in different currency from the main)
4. Bug when you create a “transfer” record between wallets (on IOS) not in your main currency , it re-calculate the money to your main currency even if the selected is the alternative! So if you transfer 100£ from the first wallet, you’ll get 80£ to the destination wallet which is ridiculous!

5. new bugs on total wallets summary is compleatly wrong! Different sum on IOS app, different on web page and both wrong!
I’ve open 2 tickets to support but no answer for weeks.
Avoid, you can use yolt app or spendee or even a pen and notepad, you’ll get better stats than this mess

Integration to Bank doesn’t work
If you are getting this to integrate to a bank then don’t. I tried multiple options, a few different banks and different countries and I couldn’t get it to work. Plus I raised an email for help and had no response.

Your app is a clunky joke
What kind of app has a function for 'delete all data', asks the user to type DELETE to confirm deletion, then pops-up a window to say not implemented yet??? More like a sick joke.
Also, what kind of app automatically puts a user's e-mail address as their first name, and puts 'empty' (literally, the word) as their last name by default? Why can't you just let the user enter it themselves? And worst part is, if the user enters any feedback without realising, their e-mail address gets published out for everyone to see! There is no way they can delete their comment. Even changing their name subsequently doesn't help as it does not update. How can a user trust to sync your app with banks when you can't even get this piece of basic privacy right?
I activated Touch ID on start-up but it's not happening at all. Yet another fail. What's the point of that option then?
Why can't users change their base currency? What about those who are relocating and therefore using a different currency subsequently? It probably isn't the bulk of users but it does happen, and it would be lovely to have such a function.
I don't think this app is very ready at all, much less to charge people monthly or yearly. Needs a whole lot more work. Sleek design but definitely undone by the severe functional issues.
