Before you start a level it will give you the option of playing an advert to get a gift to help you but most of the time it will play the advert and then go straight out of the game. I have been playing this game for some time now. I am on level 3357 and until recently enjoyed it . The ads were always reasonable . Now for some reason the ads that pop up between games do not close down afterwards what ever I do. It is really frustrating to have to completely close the game down and reopen it to continue . This app game is one of three favourite games by this provider, I’ve loved it for a long time (level 3768),but after many years they’ve decided to use adverts which pop up after two or three goes at a level. I understand Jam City wants to make money but the usual Facebook ads and ads for their other games is enough. I play with no sound and these ads have sound and are loud and intrusive which is no good! Jam City put ads on their Sugar Smash app but thankfully removed them (complaints perhaps?) so I can still enjoy it but they have them permanently now on Genies and Gems which unfortunately has now been deleted from my phone. I’ll be sad to delete this app but if the ads stay I’m gone. Thank you Jam City for all the fun it’s been up to now but trying to contact you directly about this is impossible.

I really enjoy playing and it’s very rewarding. However, there are two things that really annoy me - one is everything being ‘1 day’. In most places this means 24 hours, but not in Jam City, where it seems to be about 30 hours. Why can’t it just say the number of actual hours? The second thing is the price of buying 5 extra goes - this is 16 coins until you have 16 or more coins when the price instantly becomes 25 coins; as soon as you drop below 16, hey presto, the special offer returns!

Been playing it for some time now and I absolutely love it. Difficult at times but not impossible (except for one, where there was obviously a glitch, got onto customer service and they fixed it). Now at the end of the levels (almost 7,000 to date) and there are other games to play while waiting for more levels to be introduced. Different types of games to add interest.

I love this game. So relaxing. However, you used to be able to watch an advert and in return get either 5 free extra moves or an extra tool. That’s suddenly stopped. This game is brilliant I would give it 10 if I could, started playing last year now on level 2057, no need to spend money or get a reward, sometimes they are more of a hindrance than a help, you just need patience. I have had many issues over the months and always blamed the game, last week I had a major issue when I lost everything and was taken back to level 1, I contacted the support group and they suggested a number of things to try, and the outcome was I had a poor internet connection and too many windows open, so now once that was sorted it returned my game to the level I was originally on, so don't blame the game if things go wrong try asking the support group for help, they really are supportive.

I don’t know what you have done but it seems that since an update the game keeps crashing whenever I try to watch a video to gain a booster or when I want to get the extra moves to try to complete a level. The screen just goes blue and I end up having to close the app and start all over again, also I’m getting fed up of watching the ads then not receiving the booster... and why don’t I get as many free spins on the wheel anymore? The sxxxxxxxxa ad, like other ads, is very loud. Just now this ad came on, at the end of it I pressed ‘done’ nothing happened. I couldn’t see the small, pale ‘x’ in the corner that usually can be pressed to return to the game so unfortunately it stayed on. It is still there every time I return to the game. I miss playing Blast. It’s such a good game, I’m not a particularly good player and have never paid for extra anything yet am on 305. This has meant listening at times to ads to gain extras which I have done. But it seems that this is no longer possible. Ads have stopped play. So thanks to the game makers I really like your game however it is now dormant and unplayable.

Out of all the match 3 games around, this is my absolute favourite. The graphics are pretty, the gameplay is great. I just love everything about it.

There is enough variety on a theme to keep you interested, plenty of very difficult challenges which keep you honest but temper that fact with sone challenging but easily achievable levels which give you hope and you end up with a simple but good fun game to play. I do get a bit fed up with the cost of in app purchases the piggy bank for example is extortionate in its cost pro rata and you need to be strong to avoid spending money to pass levels but if you resist spending and collect bonus pieces for free then you can pit your wits against the game and have a good time for free!

I have played this game to the end, and now they seem to add a weekly extra 10 levels but they are levels that I’ve already done earlier in the game (or very very similar)
Yes they have added the airships which I a nice feature, but time to think of some new ideas.
More annoyingly tho is it freezes after every win so you lose any bonus you might have got.
Needs sorting

Bring back the kitchen

I love playing this game, and like the new feature with the power ups on the balloons, but I can’t get into the kitchen to complete recipes, I keep getting insta cooks, and ingredients, but I can’t use them. It’s infuriating when completing a recipe is one of the events for the day

The feature that makes jam blast stand out is the speed option to play 2x faster. It’s gone in the recent update!!!! The game is painfully slow for me to play anymore. I’ve been checking it every day hoping the speed option is back🙁🙁🙁please bring it back 🤕🤕🤕

I too love this game but I HATE that you have made the moves flash. What is the point of that? I’m not playing then, the games telling me what moves to make so is playing itself. I can’t t play it anymore until you change it back. PLEASE!!

Been a huge fan of this and would have got a 5 star rating if not for the latest update. I hate the way it now automatically flashes up really boldly with your suggested next move as soon as you have taken a move. Very distracting from the game and unnecessary. Putting me off wanting to play any further after more than 1000 levels. 😩

One of my favourite games by far..just gone on to play it after the latest update, everything is fine except in the actual gameplay it flashes where you should swipe next! I don’t mean when you’ve been staring at it for ages and it gives you a hint..it literally does it before you’ve had a look where to swipe next. It’s very annoying to have them constantly flash in several places when I’m trying to play it myself!
Please change it back...I literally can’t play it!!😡

I love this game but and it’s a big but I object to having to pay to claim things I’ve won or to sometimes pay to bake even though I have more than enough ingredients,so I lose items I’ve won and rarely bake anything

This game is so frustrating it is full of bugs tried everything...it works for a few days then back to the game closing and freezing. Gives you bonus but they never happen ... Please sort it out

One of my favourite match 3 games, been playing it for months and still going... lots of fun events, really enjoying it! Already enjoyed Cookie Jam when it came out but this version of the game is way better I think :)

This has been superb but has now developed a bug when starting up. It now freezes when showing the screens before the game play can start. ( using iPad mini if that's any help in fixing it PLEASE)

Content great but have to say if it wasn't I would have given up a long time ago as it is far too unreliable. Usually crashes circa 5 times in 30 mins on a good day.
