Search difficult, constant upload errors
It’s very difficult to search for providers. Partial matches don’t get picked up. Sometimes results don’t show when you search but if you’re lucky enough to scroll and get in list it’s there.
There is no sort by nearest - so a challenge if you want something close to work/home

Waste of time
I read all the reviews as I was sceptical to load but what choice do you have but to try when this is the “Best” route given to you by the insurance company. As others have said app is a waste of time. Now I’m waiting for the standard response “sorry to hear …….blah blah “

Messy
The app is very slow and messy to figure out claims that have been partially paid fully paid or not due to duplications.
Submitted claims also appear and disappear depending upon login and out.

Next to useless app
The app is extremely slow and won’t load most pages.
About the only use of this app is to have a copy of your insurance card on your phone.
If you’re able to view your claim pages (doesn’t work most of the time) then the information is minimal and you regret even bothering to look.

Fantastic service to see a doctor and get new medicine prescription ordered and delivered to home. Fast, efficient, friendly. I am blown away by this. Well done UAE. Well done App. Well done Dr Zaib.

The app works well when it functions properly, however it frequently has errors whereby it doesn’t load list of prior claims or allow new claims to be uploaded. Needs to be improved in this regard.

Can’t register, says my card number not found
Pretty pointless app as you fail on the first hurdle. Does not recognize mine, or my wife’s or the two children. Does not recognize my ID card number either. Spent best part of an hour entering different combinations before I gave up. Worries me that my medical insurance is with these guys

Appears simple and user-friendly but has issues
I have just downloaded this app as my health insurance has been changed to NEXtCARE. Looking the through the list of providers and services is very confusing. It appears alphabetical but isn’t really as it works it’s way through A-Z several times, and some of the information appears to be duplicated.
Regarding use of this app in the UAE - having the ability of plotting locations on the map is great, however, on an iPhone, the default (and only) app available is Apple Maps. Apple Maps does not work properly in the UAE (see Apple website for confirmation) and has no functionality to provide directions. Could you please change the link to allow a different navigation app, for example Google Maps, as this function is useless in the UAE.
If the app worked as well as it looks like it should, this would likely get 5 stars.
